Janet Jackson has been practicing for her tour here in Vancouver since June. She said she would kick it off here. She lied. The opening night will be in Portland. How convinient huh? I'm so pissed that she would lie to her Vancouver fans like that. I ain't hating, I'm just saying what's on my mind. All this crap about her show wasn't ready was a bunch of lies. She's ready, she just doesn't wanna kick off her tour here in Canada. How lame :o. Sorry if this is bashing, but whatever. I'm really disappointed.

Janet Jackson’s All For You concert originally scheduled for tomorrow night (July 5th) in Vancouver has been postponed until Monday, July 9th, 2001.Janet’s All For Your Tour has been rehearsing in Vancouver for the past month and due to the Canada Day Long Weekend and the July 4th holiday in the United States, some of Janet’s stage set has been held up, not arriving in time for rehearsal.Janet has really enjoyed her stay in Vancouver and wants to ensure that Vancouver
fans are treated to the best show possible.Tickets purchased for the July 5th date will be honoured at the doors of General Motors Place on Monday, July 9th. Patrons requiring a refund must obtain one at place of purchase prior to 12:00 PM on Monday, July 9th, 2001.

Though Janet and ensemble could have done the show, she said it did not feel right giving the Vancouver fans an incomplete performance.

First of all Janet has been reharsing chreography since June in California.It was an article that I posted that was wrong that she booked a month long rehearsal at the GM Palace.Obviously it was false cuz Janet loves her fans and wouldnt just say "F*'''' vancouver lets go to Portland".Plus the fact that the show is reschudled for next week.Your lucky shes even giving you that the Edmonton show was cancelled completly

Now for my opinion. I beleive Janet. She has no reason to lie about it. All of her stage didnt arrive. I dont know why all her stage didnt arrive, but Im sure there was a good reason. Right now we all here can either beleive her word or not. Soulstress chooses not to, thats her perogative. I dont appreciate people bashing someone else just over a stupid issue like this. That is very immature. And April, dont give me that "but I know soulstress and she assumes too much and she doesnt like me and she is always mean" bull crap! You could have just simply posted the article you had, instead, you chose to bash her for no apparent reason. Think twice before you bash someone and think how you would feel if someone said stuff like that about you.

I don't know what you all don't understand about being polite. Granted, the topic wasn't exactly phrased the best way, but there is NEVER a reason to call someone stupid.
