There have already been several topics answering this question. You can find them lower on this page, but I'll tell you anyway because I'm bored. Yes, they did break up, but they're still in love. Their careers were too busy and they couldn't see each other often enough so they're taking a break. Most likely, when they are less busy, they will get back together.

And just a little bit of advice, next time could you please look through the whole page before you ask a question? It might have been asked before and people will just get tired of answering it.
