think it's just that the management peeps and stuff don't care if you listen or not... you're just all standing around while they talk... fools them into thinking they're all important enough to have that many peeps in the room while they're talking... gives them more of a feeling that they're important or something, even though nobody give's a **** about what they're saying :o LOL
