For some ungodly reason I started collecting Beanie Baby bears way back when they first came out.

Lucked out with that one, because the bears became the most valuable of all the species.

Of course, the moment I realized how valuable they were, that was the end of my collecting... I sold those little works of the devil faster than Nikki can vacation in Florida.

Rahaha. She's very shiny in her commercials for the Radio awards. Don't look directly at the glare lest she blind you.

I don't collect stuff. Maybe ties.

Iggy collects disgarded WalMart employees and has a petting zoo set up at his house so they can roam and play.

You're right about that iggy, but I'd have to say Cher took the cake.
Has she been digging in Janet Jackson's drawer again?

PB would like for all of you to think she's kidding but she's not.....here lately the lucky number has been 24.

Carousel horses....although I haven't received any lately because they are all in storage and no one will buy me one.

My mom collects teapots. She has hundreds. It sucks to clean them. Last year at Christmas we were having the church people over so we had to dust them. We started at 8:30 and finished at 1:00.

Why did you edit PB?????

Funny. Haha...both of you. :)

I wrote that I collected good looking foreign guys. The younger the better.

Then the next reply made me realize what a pig I might sound like. That would be why it's gone.

Collecting foreign guys is a good idea economically. They're probably cheaper than those made in America.

PB, I'd be all about collecting jail-bait swim instructors... if it weren't illegal.

That reminds me... it's swimming night tonight!

The only thing I collect now is Barbies and that is only because my friend started it. She gives me a barbie every year for my birthday and I have 3 so far...Birthday Barbie, Walt Disney World Barbie & the Millennium Barbie. Oh boy!

Ask for Strung-out Hooker Barbie next year.

Or Pre-Operative Ken/Karen. Two for the price of one.

ISOJ, I'm trying to corrupt KC as we speak. I introduced her to the youngest brother today at lunch. He's sixteen. And well on his way to gorgeous.

Is it still illegal if they're not citizens? I'm thinking they won't tell... :D

By the way, Iggy, this one's not cheap at all.

You can get married at 16 in West Virginia...just a hop, skip, and a jump from you.

And it's you, Mrs. Robinson...

I'm going to hold at 24, Thanks. My plate is full.

Kentucky on the other hand; I'm thinking a 16 year old would fit her quite nicely. He can be molded however she chooses.

HOLD UP!!!!!!

Ummmmm, okay, I really have no defense. He's cute...even if he is 16. He looks better than the dishwasher that kept coming out and staring at me....yuck!!!!!

Hey PB, is today a margarita afternoon?????

PB&Kev
Nov 2nd, 2000, 01:07 PM
You know I won't go up there twice in one day. :p

kentuckychic
Nov 2nd, 2000, 01:08 PM
I'll just call waiter boy and tell him to call you and tell you to come up there....and then you'll be up there twice in one day.

PB&Kev
Nov 2nd, 2000, 01:10 PM
Shut up.

By the way, you can't compare him to the dishwasher. His gene pool is superior. Top notch.

Not only that, but give him 4 or 5 years and he'll have his own restaurant. No comparison at all.

Right NOW I collect Vinyl Record albums, concert pictures and concert memorabillia, Hot Wheels cars, FSU stuff, Playboy magazines, nude pictures, Coca Cola memorabillia, Hard Rock Cafe stuff, shot glasses, and match books from places I have been.

I also USED to collect baseball cards and athletic footwear. Now, which I'm trying to liquidate my collections. I currently have 2 pairs of Air Jordan V's for sale (Black pair, White/Grape pair) from 1990 that have never been worn. They are going for $500 a pair. Yes, athletic footwear is a big collectible! Check ebay! I also have a pair of Reebok Pump Emmit Smith's with his number on the side. Those haven't been worn either. They are going for $800. I also have a 1955 Topps baseball card set in NM condition. It's going for $6,000.

Well, I used to collect a lot more than I do now, but I still have many of my old collections I haven’t finished selling yet or are just sitting around in storage... (Antique bottles, gems & minerals, blue & white graniteware, primitives, arrowheads and similar artifacts, ect...)

Still collecting antique African trade beads (made originally in Venice and on the Island of Morano) and also some from other places... also collect quality Chinese arts and antiques from the PRC. (getting more difficult to find today due to new export laws for antiques... and for the quality arts, the good artist are all over 70 years old... (the younger generation is more interested in making money than following after the traditions of their ancestors)
My huge antique radio collection is just gathering dust now, since the prices have gone through the roof during the last decade... I do plug them in and run then all every once in awhile just to keep their filter capacitors from going bad...
Add to this quality wood carvings from all over the planet, though now they are getting difficult to find at a good price. Oh, and quality pottery from San Juan de Oriente, Nicaragua too! This stuff is of supurb quality but is little known about within the States, but is just now making some inroads at many of the ceramics shows...

Oh! CD’s from all over the planet! They are the only medium which is standardized worldwide. Tapes and Video Cassettes, forget them!

I could list much more, but I guess most of you guys/gals have some idea by now...
