Nice pants, Dude! ;)

Nov 14th, 2000, 08:36 AM
Those pants lead a more exciting life than I do...although we've both been to only 1 'N Sync concert. I'm figuring out how to wear them to work during casual Friday. That pink slip wouldn't be too far behind.
Glad you approve. Sorry to have missed you in Philly. By the way pinky, don't listen to what the others say. I never commented that Lance was uncoordinated.
NikDC
Nov 14th, 2000, 09:20 AM
I may wear them to work on Friday just 'cause. And we don't have casual Friday.
iggy
Nov 14th, 2000, 09:23 AM
Nikki's holding my pants for ransom (that sounds dirtier than intended).
She'll send bits of camouflage fabric via mail until the tidy sum changes hands. But I know she covets my frat boy hat more.
NikDC
Nov 14th, 2000, 09:27 AM
I hope you rescue them before they become shorts.
Mine. mine. all mine.
iggy
Nov 14th, 2000, 09:29 AM
*kicking myself for not stealing wardrobe items when inside Fortress Nikki*
Lord knows there were enough clothes laying around on the floor. Ha.
NikDC
Nov 14th, 2000, 09:32 AM
More than likely you'd have taken something that belonged to the other two since you didn't make it into my boudoir. :p
Perhaps Sunny's skirt would have been a good grab. See-through is usually a big hit on casual Friday.
iggy
Nov 14th, 2000, 09:33 AM
Sunny was so excited to finally get a Slurpee, she had her skirt mostly in the belt region in 7-11. I bet she got a discount.
Short Chris
Nov 14th, 2000, 09:43 AM
"inside fortress Nikki"? My oh my, what would her dad say?
garnet
Nov 14th, 2000, 09:45 AM
Sunny is my new idol. I've never known anyone who loved Slurpees as much as I do :D
iggy
Nov 14th, 2000, 09:47 AM
Fortress Nikki. Ha. How Freudian.
Garnet, after much taste testing and analysis, sunny took my advice and created a Cherry Coke Slurpee. Alchemy at its best.
NikDC
Nov 14th, 2000, 09:51 AM
 Oh, Chris...
Short Chris
Nov 14th, 2000, 09:54 AM
Come on pumpkin, you just knew I would have to say it, didn't you?
NikDC
Nov 14th, 2000, 09:57 AM
I know. :)
Actually, I'm surprised you stopped there. Relieved, but surprised. :p
iggy
Nov 14th, 2000, 10:02 AM
Chris, we also played Trivia Pursuit. I'm man enough to mention that Nikki's team won...by one pie piece. But I'm also man enough to mention ISOJ was on my team. Explains things, no?
Joking. I'm forever indebted to ISOJ.
Short Chris
Nov 14th, 2000, 10:09 AM
Hah! Once you're done playing around with the JV team, give me a call... ;)
iggy
Nov 14th, 2000, 10:21 AM
I not that much of a gentleman so I can mention that Nikki's friend MerrySunshine got most of the questions for the other side. Nikki was the B squad.
sunshinegirl
Nov 14th, 2000, 10:28 AM
I might as well not have been playing.
garnet ~ I'm so glad SOMEONE understands my love of slurpees! I got an "eww" from ISOJ and everyone else just shook their head.
Nik ~ I think you should frame the pants and put them on the wall...but not too high. They would provide lovely orange accents.
iggy
Nov 14th, 2000, 10:31 AM
Remember, not too high. And while you're doing that, can you give me the TV Guide? I need to look at it.
sunshinegirl
Nov 14th, 2000, 10:34 AM
Can I see that?
iggy
Nov 14th, 2000, 10:37 AM
May I approach the throne, Your Couchiness?
pinky
Nov 14th, 2000, 10:37 AM
Trivial Pursuit??? Slurpees??? I think I was in the wrong city on Saturday. :(
Uh, iggy, no one but you ever said anything about a Lance/uncoordinated comment. You busted yo'self.
Once again, jealousy rears its ugly head.....
iggy
Nov 14th, 2000, 10:39 AM
The green-eyed monster of envy shows itself. If only my Adam's apple were bigger than my entire head.
Kidding. Lance is dolphin fresh.
sunshinegirl
Nov 14th, 2000, 10:39 AM
Damn...I no longer have complete control of the couch. I need to talk to Nik...maybe she'll put up a ownership plaque or something. Perhaps on the tags.
Pinky ~ It was a sight to see...actually the whole weekend was. School seems so unimportant now.
iggy
Nov 14th, 2000, 10:46 AM
Nikki is the Minnie Pearl/Humpty Hump of Virginia. She keeps tags on everything. Shoes, furniture, ass magic markers, etc.
Anybody else craving an antelope sandwich?
sunshinegirl
Nov 14th, 2000, 10:48 AM
The minute I got back into "civilization", I got myself a big bowl of asparagus ice cream.
Ahhh....home.
iggy
Nov 14th, 2000, 10:51 AM
I had problems typing this because I kept having fits of Danny Wood Syndrome...my head and arms would flail inexplicably while Donnie would talk about the epitom"y" of a big brother.
Good location, by the way.
Mine should read "on an embankment on the side of the beltway."
sunshinegirl
Nov 14th, 2000, 10:56 AM
Epitomy, epitomy, epitomy.
We have our own spelling up here in MinnesOOta.
I already miss the Silver Dollar and Big Kev. I should have given him my phone number. Maybe he could have given me more stock advice.
Yeah you should change your location. Only mine would have to be "falling down the embankment on the side of the beltway".
iggy
Nov 14th, 2000, 11:01 AM
Guys, this was the best part of the weekend. At a restaurant, our waiter has a name tage that read "Big Kev." When I casually asked him about it, he sat down and gave us his life story. Lesson learned. But the funny part is at the end of his tirade, ISOJ looks at him and says, "I have a better story. Want to know how we all met?"
Too rich.
Short Chris
Nov 14th, 2000, 11:05 AM
Did he back away from the table in horror when ISOJ told him?
NikDC
Nov 14th, 2000, 11:05 AM
That was a classic moment. Big Kev rocked. More than the Debbie Gibson look-alike at least.
B Squad? I was working on an hour and a half of sleep. Kiss my black markered ass. :p Who was the dice rollin' master?
Tags are key. anything could happen.
iggy
Nov 14th, 2000, 11:09 AM
I interrupted and claimed we were all in a boy band, Chris. He still backed off though. Must remember to buy stock in Silver Diner...I'm sure that'll stick should we be hit with a recession.
The weekend was educational. Here I thought my strengths were singing like Chris...maybe Justin. All along, my Joey takes the cake. What an epiphany.
sunshinegirl
Nov 14th, 2000, 11:11 AM
Iggy does a KILLER Joey impression. It provided great entertainment before we did our crash test dummy impersonation.
Silver DOLLAR, DOLLAR!!
NikDC
Nov 14th, 2000, 11:18 AM
What state are you in, Amy?
sunshinegirl
Nov 14th, 2000, 11:20 AM
New Jersey?
What country are you from?
NikDC
Nov 14th, 2000, 11:21 AM
Malaysia.

NikDC
Nov 14th, 2000, 11:29 AM
I also speak Minoan. Go figure.
sunshinegirl
Nov 14th, 2000, 11:36 AM
Who doesn't?
I think "Cinnamontography" is a Minoan word, isn't it?
iggy
Nov 14th, 2000, 11:37 AM
Oh shooot.
sunshinegirl
Nov 14th, 2000, 11:46 AM
I wish ISOJ was on to back me up here
NikDC
Nov 14th, 2000, 11:50 AM
ISOJ is shopping with her mom.
Oh ya, you betcha.
sunshinegirl
Nov 14th, 2000, 11:54 AM
Didn't that girl get enough shopping in yesterday?
I figured she's never again be satisfied with simple Minnesota stores...
How did the Best Buy trip go?
iggy
Nov 14th, 2000, 11:57 AM
Well, the ends justified the means. We encountered easily the most inept staff members in the whole organization, but the prize was mine. LOVELY 27" flat screen Sony at an ENORMOUS discount. To be delivered on Thursday. Purrrrrr.
My porn and New Kids videos will be so clear now.
sunshinegirl
Nov 14th, 2000, 12:06 PM
And it only took three Best Buys. But I'm glad you took my advice. How much was it? $3.99?
Did Nikki get the Soul Decision cd?
And ig, pm away. They are clear.
NikDC
Nov 14th, 2000, 12:12 PM
I'm kinda faded but I feel alright, thinkin' 'bout making my move tonight.
I can't pretend that you're only my friend when you're holding my body tight.
Yep, I scored too. Rock on!
sunshinegirl
Nov 14th, 2000, 12:16 PM
Go girl!! I'm excited for you!
I have to hike through the frozen tundra and pick that bad boy up...
iggy
Nov 14th, 2000, 12:24 PM
All the songs sound like George Michael/Wham!, but it wasn't bad. From what I hear, they emulate George Michael in other ways.
I wonder if they f**k like they type.
NikDC
Nov 14th, 2000, 12:25 PM
LMAO @ ig.
Sunshine, just expect another present in with the other one I'm making you ;)
PB&Kev
Nov 14th, 2000, 12:27 PM
Nik, I love that song.
I was on a mission for weeks to find that CD too. Finally scored it at Target. :D
iggy
Nov 14th, 2000, 12:27 PM
Nikki, I'm going to be your worst nightmare. Burn me a SD one also, if you please. But mainly I'm jonesing for the Charlie's Angels one.
NikDC
Nov 14th, 2000, 12:30 PM
Why, ig, that would be illegal of me. Of course I won't do that for you. *nods head*
PB, isn't that just a kickass CD? After the first concert I knew I had to have it. I kid you not I played Faded 12 times at work and am rocking out to it now. love them!
PB&Kev
Nov 14th, 2000, 12:33 PM
It's a wonder I haven't worn a hole in that spot on the CD. I've played it over and over...and I'm still not sick of it!
sunshinegirl
Nov 14th, 2000, 12:34 PM
I love them too.
LMAO at the typing question. I still wonder what state ISOJ is from...she can be so random ;)
I love presents!! :D
iggy
Nov 14th, 2000, 12:35 PM
Theoretically, I also saw them in concert. In reality while they were on stage, I was in the concourse by the cotton candy stand waiting for Nik to whore us up to the front row.
Hmmm...we still had bad seats. Some girls have skills.
NikDC
Nov 14th, 2000, 12:37 PM
Clearly he wasn't buying what I was selling.
what's a girl to do?
sunshinegirl
Nov 14th, 2000, 12:38 PM
I didn't really get to see all of them either.
ISOJ and I were having our own problems. Mothers can be so cruel when they are protecting their flock.
iggy
Nov 14th, 2000, 12:40 PM
ISOJ had sunshine on her shoulders so they could technically be in one seat. That explains the skirt situation.
NikDC
Nov 14th, 2000, 12:40 PM
The song's written by the blond hottie no less.
That's my new theme song.
Sunny, you saw them the next night. At least Faded.
PB&Kev
Nov 14th, 2000, 12:44 PM
Mine too, Nikki.
I wish our kiddie radio stations didn't edit that first line to spare the childrens' ears. I like the real version much better. ;)
iggy
Nov 14th, 2000, 12:44 PM
Rahaha. They also did Summer of 69 by Bryan Addams. How many Ds in his last name?
Anyhow, it was a good cover.
sunshinegirl
Nov 14th, 2000, 12:46 PM
Oh that's true, I did.
Sorry the concerts have become a blur.
Yeah my skirt took attention away from the hole/marker in ISOJ's pants.
sunshinegirl
Nov 14th, 2000, 12:48 PM
Adams.
NikDC
Nov 14th, 2000, 12:52 PM
They edit that? WTH? That's one of the best lines.
You should see them do it live. Yummmy.
NikDC
Nov 14th, 2000, 12:53 PM
A good cover that isn't on Napster.
Darn bootleggers. Never there when I need them :p
