I think it's too easy for the stupid twit twins to be Marlena's. I definitely think it's a setup. Have you seen the looks on Tony's face whenever he suggested Marlena to try to remember?

I do not like the fact that they're ruining Marlena (and the Black family) at the expense of Crassie Creepshow and Boring Rex (can't find a good name for him, lol). The REAL Marlena would've never been this quick to believe this, especially knowing that the Dimeras, who's never above mind control, are involved. She would've never allowed Brady and Belle to find out the way they did either...walking in on her telling the twits...heck, Marlena would've waited till Belle and Brady got there. The real Marlena would've included ALL her children...has she forgotten Sami? And Eric and Carrie for that matter? The real Marlena would've been concerned for her daughter, who almost DIED the previous night and whose boyfriend is in jail (at the time)...hell, she didn't even ask Belle why she isn't in Paris. And still didn't even ask about Belle, or Shawn, when she visited the twits in their dorms...she's never even visited Belle there before. The real Marlena would've been at least concerned when Belle ran out of the Dimera mansion...but hey, she didn't even flinch, just stared at those twits. The real Marlena would've cared that her stepson's boyfriend was undergoing a bone marrow transplant. It's just stupid how they're ruining Marlena just so Crassie and Rex can hav a "place" on this show. And I can definitely see where this storyline is going next...Crassie'll probably get more jealous of Belle and start making stuff up, making Marlena disappointed in Belle (remember Belle telling Shawn she's afraid her parents would be disappointed in her?). And it'll make Marlena even MORE stupid b/c she believes this twig who she has known for just a few months, who she THINKS might be her children (she has no real proof yet in my opinion), over her REAL daughter who she raised. :rolleyes:

I think that the twins are actually Kate's. She has that secret with Stefano.

They obviously test tube babies but I think that Kate supplied the stuff and Marlena gave birth.

NEWS: Kyle Brandt, from MTV's The Real World: Chicago, has been cast as the new Philip. He started filming last week so I'm assuming he'll be on our screens by May. :rolleyes:

And Shawn and Belle are suppose to be in a triangle this summer....I'm assuming it'll be with Philip. The thought of it is just disgusting. Kyle may be 24 but he looks like he's 30! Him and Belle would be like watching child porn. And poor Kirsten Storms having to have to have scenes with that Real World blockhead.

Yeah he said that soaps weren't real acting and that he was a "Shakespearan actor". I guess he realized that being a Shakespearan actor doesn't pay the bills...what I don't understand is why Days would hire HIM though. :rolleyes:

I like watching Days'. Anyone watch when a few of the actors from it were on "Friends"? I never got to watch it but people that I have talked to said that it was pretty good. I like the storylines right now. Although I could really go without seeing Cassie. She is just a tad bit annoying to me. I like the idea of the whole triangle thing. Should make for an interesting summer. I'm still wondering who the "Love is Blind" mystery guy is.

Days has just been renewed for 5 years but Reilly, aka the one who wrote the Marlena possession storyline aka the head writer and creator of Passions, will be the head writer again. I'm guess that's one of the stipulations from NBC....that they won't re-sign Days unless Reilly is writing. :rolleyes:

Yep, that would be the one. As for the old Philip, Jay Kenneth Johnson, he left because he wanted to pursue other things. The last straw I think was when the writers started to trash his character. Anyways, he filmed a pilot for a new Aaron Spelling drama, Hotel...unfortunately, it wasn't picked up by Fox. :(

The actress playing Chloe is leaving for the same reasons as Jay Kenneth Johnson left Days for...to pursue other things. I think though, she really did love JKJ and misses working with him. Anyways, she's supposely working on a CD right now. imo, the character Chloe leaving....that was long overdue. Get rid of a couple more teens (coughTWINScough) then the show can really get back on track.

As for Craig and Nancy...unfortunately they were fired once Nadia Bjorlin (Chloe) decided that she wasn't going to renew her contract. I love Craig and Nancy, but once Chloe came on the show, all they were reduced to being props for Chloe. It's too bad that it got to the point where they can't exist without Chloe. It should be the other way around imo.

As for chief of staff, I'm hoping that they will bring back Mike, Carrie, and Austin. The actress who plays Carrie wanted to come back but one of the head writers said she couldn't b/c there was "too much on the plate". But Days has a new headwriter coming on...James Reilly is coming back. He wrote for Days from 1992-1997 and left to make Passions. :rolleyes: Anyhoo, get the feeling that it's possible he might want to bring those 3 back. I mean, he did create Austin and Carrie afterall. When they left, Days destroyed that and created Carrie and Mike. If you were a Days writer and you had a chance to come back, wouldn't you want to put the couple that you created back together?

I like that Rex is helping Tony out with the whole Diamonds thing that is going on. Finally give him something to do other then playing Kissy Face with Mimi all the time. lol.

Anyone else like the storyline that Bo and Hope have going? Them being Bounty Hunters. I think that it's cool. Giving them an adventure. I think they needed to do that because this couple was starting to be put on a back burner until Bo quit the force. I just love this show and I can't wait to see more of the twists and turns that they have in store. Should be very interesting.

Ok the writers are making me nuts! According to this week's Soap Opera Digest, Tony will be a victim of the serial killer. WHY??? They also mention Chloe coming back. During the previews for Monday's show, they show Maggie opening the door for someone and saying that Mickey would kill her for disabling the alarm, and then you hear her scream. So this is definitely someone they know.

last month I thought the killer was cassie cos I thought she was trying to protect her brother, but then when the list of 7 people came out, I figured it had to be one of them and I thought that it was lucas. I don't want it to be him, but when abe died, he was friendly to the person before they shot him, and even though I can't see him and lucas being friendly, I can see it more so then with any of the other suspects, and maggie was his AA sponsor, so of course she would be friendly with him. but I dunno, I hope it's not him. after the fingerprints on the bottle, I was beginning to think it was caroline, but I don't think that now. this is really driving me nuts though! I even had a dream about days of our lives, and at the end of the episode, the killer took the mask off, and it was alice!! that would actually be quiet funny!! :o

oh, and as for jan coming back, I heard that too, but I heard that the role would be recast. and chloe coming back isn't a definate thing. if they bring her back, I wonder if they'll bring back her family. I miss the wesley's.

I read that Cassie will be the next victim and she will be stuffed in a pinata in Salam Place all bloody, it also states that Marlena could be a victim too. Jan comes back this week and she is the same as she was before she left, and is after Shawn. Also carrie and Eric may return so that it making me wonder if it is true that Marlena will be a victim

and the details about how kate and roman are the parents weren't really revealed. stephano obviously had the sperm and egg, but we dunno how he got them. but kate was a hooker for him, and roman was held captive by him, so he could have obtained them then.

I don't watch soapnet often cos half the time my satelite is out, but they show new and old episodes of soaps. I think the general hospital ones are recent, but then they show old stuff like dynasty and another world. they also show port charles, which recently was cancelled, but I dunno how old the episodes are. that's awesome that they're gonna start airing days. I hope they show old episodes, it'd be so cool to see stuff from the past. course, it'd only be cool when my satelite is working!!

Oh brother! I couldn't believe that Alice saw Tom's ghost today. And that vision of him was so cheesy. I almost died laughing. So, the way they talked she has seen Tom's ghost before? How many other times has he appeared?

Remember when they found the magician guy and they called an ambulance? When Marlena was walking out of the tent after him on the stretcher I happened to notice her shoes. I never look at peoples shoes but for some reason I noticed hers. I wonder if it was intended. They looked black and exactly like the shoes the stalker person has been wearing around the circus. I can't imagine jennifer getting over the fact that marlena killed the love of her life, or anyone else forgiving her. and what will happen to poor sami, she's already had a messed up life, what's this gonna do to her?

From what I've heard, the killer will only be revealed to us, the audience. The people in Salem will continue to search for him/her and there will be more deaths. I think there will be a total of 10 or 11 victims of the killer...so far there have been 6.

yeah, the serial killer will only be revealed to us. in today's episode, tony is taken to the hospital and the serial killer puts something in his iv, and this is what kills him. this is also when we're going to see who the killer is.

I heard about victor leaving too. that's ridiculous, with tony and victor gone, there are no more villians, and joe mascolo is on bold and the beautiful, so it's not like he's gonna repraise the role of stefano. or maybe they're hoping the serial killer is enough of a villian for now, but once this story is over, it's gonna be boring. course, this story is supposed to last until the end of this year, to the beginning of next year, so I guess they have time to work on another villian.

He didn't tell her who the killer was, he just said you know who it is...look deep in your subconscious...put the pieces together. Roman and Abe said about the same thing to her when they appeared to her in the courthouse. Why couldn't they just say..."IT'S MARLENA"!

There is supposed to be a great twist. From what I read on a spoiler site, DOOL is claiming it is something that has never been done on daytime television. I can't figure out what it is because they've about done everything.

Some people have theories but they were all pretty much shot down because they've been done before. One speculated that someone was having a dream...and not someone in Salem. Someone was making up the town of Salem and all the people in it and the characters we all know were never really alive. That would really suck!

I wished Belle would get killed. She irritates the heck out of me. And Jan too...

I wish...but I don't think so. I went snooping around the rumour mill where I always find juicy gossip. There are 2 possible victims listed (I won't say who) and Shawn is not one of them.

There are still many interesting theories going on out there. One involves the time everyone gathered for the reading of Stefano's will and gifts were handed out. Man, that seems ages ago! Remember Marlena received that pillow and she got pricked by the pin in the pillow? A weird theory going around about that :scratch:

As far a Patrick goes I read that Belle and Patrick will end up together or at least sleep together and he is just using Jennifer for whatever.
I am just getting sick of everyone figuring out who the killer is but refuses to say something, don't tell me that the police can't keep 1 person safe if the truth is told! Come on Shawn or Doug open your mouth and say something! and I think Belle is starting to believe that good old Doc is the killer!

I agree! Some parts of this show is dumb. Doug said that he wanted to confront Marlena because even after seeing Marlena in the circle of crstyal he still couldn't believe that she is the Salem Serial Killer. I guess he wanted to be 125% sure that he was right about Marlena being the killer.

Okie Dokie...I found some DOOL history. Try to follow along kiddies...

Addie is the oldest daughter of Tom and Alice Horton...she is also Hope's Mom. She died when Hope was 3 months old. Addie was diagnosed with leukemia BUT that isn't what killed her. She went into remission. She was killed while crossing the street while taking Hope for a stroll. She pushed Hope's carriage out of the way but was struck and killed by an oncoming truck.

Addie is also Julie's mother! Which means that not only is she Hope's half-sister...she's also her stepmother. Her father is Ben Olson.

Doug & Julie dated for awhile...then broke up. Her Mother Addie ended up marrying him. So doesn't that mean that Julie ended up marrying her stepfather? Ewwwww....

Except for Cassie...they seem to be killing off all the DOOL vets. Doug, Caroline, Maggie, Victor, Roman, Jack, Abe...players who have been on for awhile and some even when the show started. I read a rumor that DOOL will be no more...and the remaining characters will be shoved onto "Passions". Then again, I also read a theory that said Sami was prisoner in a basement and all this killing was her playing a game of 'The Sims' :rolleyes:

Did you know when the show started Doug was a con man? I think I read he spent time in prison. His character sure changed.

I think Alice is reading cue cards. It's not like they give her many lines to begin with, but sometimes when she's in a scene you can see her looking off. I can't exactly describe it but it's the same look the hosts on SNL have when they are reading from the cards.

I loved Friday's episode when Julie kept flashing back to her and Doug's past. I like to see stuff that happened way back when and Doug was hot!

If she does get murdered, some say they won't show the deed being done. It will just be known that she was the next victim. Now that I think about it...who wants to see poor little old Alice Horton bite the dust. Let the old girl go out with some style :D

And I was puzzled as to why Deidre Hall was doing interviews saying she was the stalker and then her picture was on the cover of the soap magazine. Why would the head writer let her do this and let the cat out of the bag before it was revealed to the audience. I had read that he wanted everything very tight lipped and none of the cast members to leak out anything.

Anyway...rumour has it that the surprise twist will be revealed in May. Sweeps month...it figures. Then...this will all drag out till the end of 2004. Enough already!
