Will Corey be performing on the tour?

Corey isn't able to do anything AI related until after things are settled in his law suit.. After things are settled, then he will be able to talk with the AI people and they can figure out if they will represent him, or if he will find other means of representation..

Why is everything only the top TEN?! Why have a top 12 if the other two will always be excluded from events? And how do you know for SURE that Corey won't be on the tour? He was on the cd, wasn't he? The cd is VERY IDOL-related!

all the radio stations out here mentioned that he will not be on there because of the legal situations he's facing, also i think i saw it on E! news once too...

Corey better not be on that tour, Carmen better not be either... Both of them are disgraceful and ruined perfectly good songs. Same with Charles. The guy is terrible.
I just hope they give warnings first who is coming up next, so it gives me time to leave the seating area ....

i went to the AI show last year and i can tell you now that if they do it like they did (and from what i've heard they are) its the TOP 10 finalist!!! But Corey wont be there (thank god!) and Charles will (YAY!) then it'll be the rest of the crew (sorry to those who dont want Carmen, or anyone else there...they will be there if they were in the top 10). and at the show they did annouce who was next but like right as they were coming out plus they all performed together!!!

Corey is on the CD because he recorded the song before his departure..

And instead of scrapping the track and searching for someone else to to have a song on it, they left it as be so they would still release the CD on time..

No....if things were so bad with Corey as everyone says they are, they still would have left the track off the cd and released it without his song, and not adding an extra track....I've heard of that being done before....

It should be the TOP 12 since they decided to go with the TOP 12 this season. Plus if they are going to put Charles in to replace Corey why not just put Vanessa on it too, I mean that's kind of crappy if they leave ONE person out.

But the CD was allready made.. The entire CD was pressed everything was put together.. It was just waiting to be shipped out to stores..

The producers weren't expecting this to happen so they can't just throw everything away and start over again.. Time and money, and if the people who produce the cd don't release it on time, then they get no money..
