Emergency BSB-aholics meeting in here

Hi, my name is Geeze. I am a BSB-ahowielic, umm I mean BSB-aholic and it's bad today, folks. We are (some of us anyway) are reeling at the richness of BSB presence. We ususally have to survive on next to none with pix and pervings to get us through. Now with the real things (albeit on tv or comp monitor) it's almost too much, surreal (according to Howie). I'm having to nearly go out of body to get calm some because the feeling is akin to a panic attack or the effect of one of them singing directly to you while gazing into your eyes....................what was I saying? It's just too much.
The other thing I came to say is that I find that I have completely lost any pretense of objectivity. When K4K asked me what I thought about the cd, that's when it hit me. I don't know what I think because that's just it. I CAN'T think, I can only feel. I don't like being helplessly forced to feel (yes, I know, issues, get help) and they make me do that like no other living thing almost. I don't have a frame of reference to compare them to because no one compares, ya know what I mean? Oh dear.
I have to concentrate very carefully on tightly reining in or that danged Howie will have me on the floor howling (pick your song, either one, don't matter, lol) because I can't stand the piercing beauty-pain or that dratted More Than That. I'm starting to tear when I hear the opening. This is ridiculous, people!
Howie and it's AJ too must be watched closely and only allowed to use their songwriting powers for good.

I knew I wasnt alone.. I'm feeling exactly the same way .. it's almost too much to handle.. Hey Geeze.. I hope there isnt a 12 step program to recovery .. because I dont want to recover.. I just need some help to learn how to contain this and to start functioning like a normal person.. but then what is normal?? Not BSB fans for sure !!

Uhm I had tears in my eyes when I watched the webcast and the guy said that Australia was part of the Pacific Rim (I've never heard of this Pacific Rim thing before :) ). I've had the album for 4 days and I'm still on BSB overload. I can't stop thinking about them. This CD is on constantly. I've watched all the webcasts. It's my whole life!

Hello! I am BrokRox and a proud BSB-aholic. I cannot stop listening to B&B, it's just too amazing for words! It hasn't stopped playing since I got it, it even played while I was sleeping (you all should try that, it's amazing to wake up with BSB singing to you in the middle of the night, for a couple of seconds, you're still in the dream phase and you actually believe they are there singing to you!! :D I agree with all of you, I don't think I can survive this much BSB at the same time, I'm too used to getting excited over a new picture or a 30 second clip of a song.

And Geeze, I love More than that too, it's the most amazing song on there. Just the first 10 seconds make me get all teared up!

AH, what am I gonna do?? I need the boys NOW!

I ran out in Times Square and dragged poor Brandy by the hand because Brian told me(all the other 600 fans) to join them at the Virgin Megastore yesterday...

I stood outside in 30degree weather (and occasional rain) for 9.5 hours to get the press conference wristbands.

I eavesdrop on people's conversations when they mention BSB just to see what they say and to see if I have to open a can of whoop ass :o


I don't want help at this point, I'm quite proud of this obsession I mean fascination :o

I've been obsessed for a few years now and people say... oh eventually it'll fade away, but they're wrong. Everyday my love for them just gets stronger and stronger. I've spent so much money on them and waited outside in the freezing cold on numerous occasions. I have all the cds, imports included, and when something new comes out I rush to get it. Don't think, just BUY. Most people think that I'm nuts, but if there are so many of us, it can't be nuts... right??;)

NixFate and I have been in a "Backstreet Bubble" (c) since our adventures in Pittsburgh. It is so good to realize that we are not alone in our obsessions!
Lately, it is 24/7/365 BSB and I have to be looking at pictures or listening to them talking or singing OR talking to someone (preferably NixFate since she is just AS obsessed) about them!!! It is allright,though! And I do not consider that I have a problem... :p
Just because I hafta listen to the z100 takeover every night before I fall asleep DOES not mean that there is anything wrong with me....
*sigh* I need to go to another concert so I can drool over AJ in person instead of relying on my mental image memories. Although...they are pretty nice images :eek: :eek: :eek: *sigh*

My name is Katie, and I have OCBD-Obbsessive Compulsive Backstreet Disorder. It started a while back, but has frequently gotten out of control. Recently with their newest tour hitting chicago, my memories are all that get me through the day. Its hard to go to school everyday and sit in class listening to teachers talk, when all I see and hear is the bsb and brian waving to me. What will I do? I promised myself I wouldn't spend any more money on bsb for a while, but at wal-mart today I had an impulsive buy. This disorder is unstoppable, and everyone thinks i am out of my mind..Perhaps out of my body, experiencing this world on the backstreets....
