These titles have been floating around for awhile now, so I thought I'd gather them in one main post. They're all taken from registered titles at BMI, articles, concerts from what people have posted here or elsewhere.

Of course, some may not actually make the album so we'll see from the list which were discarded or untrue. If you know of any more feel free to post.

In An article on Shep Soloman, he mentioned Touch Of My Hand & Stay. TOFH was previewed by Britney so I'm guessing Stay is also real. Sheppard Soloman is mentioned in the credits for Wonderland, so obviously that's the same guy.

The Matrix mentioned they'd done three songs for Britney, and hoped to do more. But there's no other evidence that they did any more so far. We have one track confirmed - Shadow so there's two others we have not yet heard about, I don't think.

There's Everytime & Brave Girl with no confirmed producers yet. Correct me if I'm wrong.

When I Say So was a rumoured track around the third album but was recently registered.

There's a whole bunch of untitled tracks due to no song titles from rumoured/confirmed producers which can be expected.

Where did 'She'll never be me' come from? I just downloaded it today and it rocks....I'm kinda out of the loop though, is it old?

I think it was one of the tracks meant for 'Britney'. It was mentioned around that time. Could make it on this album, but I think it's in the same group as the discarded BT tracks (although BTG was on the UK edition)..etc for the third album. Bonuses.

why did she have to use all those producers to make her cd.

Justin'sGirlUK
Aug 3rd, 2003, 07:16 PM
Um...some of those are 'partners', and work together (Guy Chambers & Cathy Dennis), some are just rumours, if you read my post. So there's probably a lot less than what I've put. Besides what does it matter if she worked with a different producer with every song, it gives variety and she can explore which sounds suit her better.

because if you are a great artist you won't need that many producers yeah true britney might want variety of different sounds but we all know she only has one sound to her voice so the beats will be different but not her voice.

BRAVO was allowed to hear three of the new songs: "Show Down" sounds like "Slave 4 U", "Breath On Me" reminds you of Madonna and "Outrageous" was composed by R.Kelly.

'Breathe On Me' & 'Showdown' were already part of the list. BOM was confirmed in the Elle article, which I mention above and the other came from the BMI site or whatever. But thank-you for the snippet.

Thanks for 'Outrageous' though. :)

Well she herself, has discussed producers and named who she is working with in her recent interviews. Besides the three she played on MTV, Breathe On Me was confirmed by her in Elle. And several others have been mentioned by producers such as Shep Soloman, The Matrix...etc. Doesn't mean they'll definitely make the album. I know what you mean, though, a lot of them will probably turn out to be nothing more than rumours. So until we get proper information barring that we already have, I'm not believing certain titles or produers either.

But Like I said, I'm posting songs that have been mentioned by Britney, the producers who worked with her in official articles, or those found on the official BMI site (which have several written by Britney and the producers she confirmed she was working with). Then any rumoured songs that pop up anywhere else, which people have posted in different threads on here for example and I have collected in here.

I never said anything was official unless they have been properly confirmed. I said most is rumoured. Some may have been recorded yet may not make the album. Some may be renamed. Some of the producer's work may not have made the album, for example, The Neptunes who said they had worked with her awhile back, yet Britney doesn't seem too keen and has denied she has stuff of their's on her album.

When we get the official tracklist, then we can look at this list and see which were just rumours and which were real. Plus there's bonus tracks and b-sides to think about. ;)

True. Although I got one as a bonus track on mine :p

Britney obviously liked them too, and Jive made her release some statement that she didn't want them and put stuff like Bombastic Love on there, which she didn't like. Idiots.

ANOTHER SINGLE NAMED
http://www.allhiphop.com/hiphopnews/?ID=2372

Atlanta's Ying Yang Twins are experiencing the most success of their career, after putting in years of work down south and releasing such regional hits as "Ying Yang In This Thang" and "Whistle While You Twurk."

After striking it big this year on Lil Jon & The Eastside Boyz' "Get Low," as well as their own single "Naggin," group members D-Rock and Kaine have recorded a single with Britney Spears, hoping the track will dramatically raise their rising profiles.

"It was totally out of left field," group member Kaine told AllHipHop.com. "The Ying Yang Twins and Britney Spears, it sounds crazy, but the track we did will show everyone that the Ying Yang Twins are versatile."

The single, "I Got That Boom Boom," is earmarked for Spears' latest album Get In The Zone. The group's manager and DJ, DJ Smurf, said that Spears wanted the duo off of the strength of "Get Low."

"The good thing is, the song they did isn't outside of what she does or outside of what they do," Smurf added. "She just wanted them on the cut because she wanted that hip-hop element."

The group just came off the Dirty South Tour and will be hitting the road for the "Me And My Brother" tour, which will support their album of the same name.

"Man we don't even have a gold or platinum album yet, but they wanted the Ying Yang," Kaine said.

Their third album, Me And My Brother is in stores now.

Material Girls

Secrets of the Madonna/Britney collaboration -- Here's how the two pop icons came together (sort of) for ''Me Against the Music'' by Brian Hiatt

KISS AND SELL Post-MTV awards, Madonna held a private session for her new pal -- to record a vocal that turned Britney's already completed single into a duet

For some imaginative pop fans, the news that Madonna and Britney Spears recorded a song together may have conjured images of long, languid studio sessions, punctuated by the occasional soul kiss. The truth is slightly less lurid.

Spears originally completed the track ''Me Against the Music,'' by herself, and even sang the Madonna-free version of it Sept. 4 at the NFL season kickoff. ''The song was done -- and then we added Madonna,''' says producer/songwriter Tricky Stewart (Blu Cantrell, Mya) who recorded the track with his Atlanta-based RedZone Entertainment team.

The Material Mom didn't glom onto the club banger -- the first single from Spears' Nov. 18 album ''In the Zone'' -- until after her tongue-tastic performance with the younger singer at the MTV Video Music Awards. ''Britney played the song for Madonna and she really, really liked it,'' explains Penelope Magnet, a RedZone-affiliated 19-year-old songwriter/producer who coproduced and wrote most of the lyrics for ''Me Against the Music'' (it'll be her first professional credit).

Predictably, Madonna took charge after RedZone handed over the song to her, arranging and recording her vocal additions on her own. (Madonna's publicist confirmed the producers' account of the collaboration; Spears' rep didn't respond to a request for comment.) ''She does what she wants to do,'' says Stewart. ''She's Madonna. If she says she wants to keep something, it stays on there.'' So on the finished track, she and Spears trade lines in the verses, making the song a true duet.

Though the lyrics hardly represent a radical step forward for Spears (the refrain is ''All you people on the floor/Let me see you dance''), ''Me Against the Music'' is the 21-year-old's most aggressively danceable single. Retrofunk guitars rub against a rapid breakbeat as Spears and Madonna sing of the pleasures of letting loose on the dance floor (''I'm up against the speaker/Trying to take on the music/It's like a competition'') -- a subject they each know well. ''Britney likes to be bold in her visuals and be more lighthearted in the lyrical sense,'' says Stewart. ''She doesn't like things that make her sound like she was taking herself too seriously.''

Serious or not, if the song sounds sweaty, it's no accident. During Spears' time with RedZone this summer, the recording studio's air-conditioning died for three days, but she refused to abandon the increasingly sultry session. ''The equipment made the room so hot that it was unbearable, but she worked through that,'' says Magnet. ''She didn't complain or anything, and for me that shows she's where she is for a reason.''

The same production team also wrote and produced the ''In the Zone'' song ''The Hook-Up'' -- Spears' first stab at reggae. In addition, they helped develop tracks submitted by R. Kelly (''Outrageous'') and Moby (''Early Mornin''') into finished Spears songs (like Madonna, neither Kelly nor Moby joined Spears in the studio). Says Stewart, ''The vibe that I got was this album is Britney's coming-out party.'' Funny, that's what we would have said about that VMA performance.
