With an improved offensive line, it's not going to matter whose RB. As long as the offensive line does there job, the RB will do his job regardless of who it is.

You can't pick the NFL this early anymore. The cap and parity make it impossible. How many teams go worst-to-first now? How many in the last couple of years alone did horrid when expected to excel and vice-versa?

Go Bucs!!! I think they got a good shot of a repeat. They'll be playing the Eagles in warm weather this year.
Unfortunately, due to work I had to move up to the Greater Metro Philadelphia area. These Eagle fans up here are intense. However, they are as down right stupid as they come about football. Oh, don't get me wrong, they know everything about the Eagles. It's just they don't know diddley about anything else about football pro or college. Especially college football. I was here all last season and couldn't find a decent sports bar that would turn the sound up for any of the games. That is except for the Eagles games. If it was an early Eagles game, the sound would be off for the late games and they would have music on. And vice-versa. See what I mean?
Anyways, the dude I work with talked so much trash all season. I made him eat his words when the Bucs shot down the Eagles. Oh, I also created this as well:

I would say the Packers, but I'm sure the best they'll do this year is a winning season and hopefully the playoffs.
I will say that the Bucs are probably a very likely contender for the Super Bowl champs again.

still don't know who will, but it looks like the Chiefs,Panthers,Colts, or Titans have the best shot imho. i think the Panthers & Colts or Titans would be an interesting Super Bowl. last yr was boring for me. i kinda liked the Raiders, but not enough for there to be any kind of excitement over it. that & they got their ass whooped..

Hi cherry, how ya doing? Revolution? Aren't they the "other" team that plays in Gillette Stadium?  :funny: By the way, where is your Red Sox avatar?

Oh the pathetic baseball irrelevant comment rears its ugly head. And maybe you need a little sports history lesson. Gillette Stadium is two years old. The RED SOX play in a little bandbox known as FENWAY PARK down the road about 15 miles and baseball has been played there for almost a HUNDRED years. Is it the bubble or the tea that made you post that?
I like the reference to the Revolution...kind of ties it all in...although it was not my intent...hehehe..

cherry: What is up??!! First of all re: the Revs @ Gillette comment was a (very) little joke!!! Second re:the Red Sox avatar comment- I know how big a fan you are-just trying to be friendly is all;ease up on the vitriol. I'm on your side girlfriend! With all the talk on the other forum about 500 posts and custom avatars I was truly curious-no "pathetic" implications.

My humble apologies....I was a little amped after a night of work in the combat zone of nursing....in the streets...bad week and it's Monday...re-read your post and realized it was an insightful reference...yes am avid Sox fan...don't have a tres cool avatar cause I'm a technoidiot(but a good typist). Just am oversensitive after the scorching I took when discussing Sox here...but not on other true sports sights..and one member had already brought up the old cliche about not having won WS since blah blah blah...when the two are like apples and kumquats...again sorry for the knee-jerk...(jerk being moi)....yours in health...and what's with the moniker BT? just curious (george)

Don't want to get too OT here! Hope the Panthers & not the Patriots will be on the cover of SI!! (That OTHER curse ya know). At least not until after the Super Bowl! Cherry, some people just seem to want to goad you into a response. Don't let 'em get to you. Sorry to hear you're having a bad week already. At least you have a job. Albeit a super tough one. I got laid off from State Street Bank (they sold the Corp Trust dept to an out of state bank) a few months ago. Bubble Tea or pearl milk tea is a popular drink in Chinatowns. Made with either green or black tea and (usually) milk, or various fruit juices. The "bubble" part is tapioca pearls or bubbles lightly sweetened with brown sugar. You get a colorful extra wide straw to suck up the pearls which have a slightly gummy texture. If you ever go to Boston's Chinatown you'll see some of the restaurants have signs for it in the window. I used to work nearby. I've also seen it in the food court at the Burlington Mall. My fave flavor at that one is the honeydew. By the way Happy Chinese New Year! Apology accepted; no harm done.
