Wow! What an amazing show. If you haven't seen it yet, I strongly suggest that you do.

Yes, I did end up going by myself, but I had a great time. Anyway, I arrived at the arena at about 3:30pm. After parking my car in the parking garage across the street, (it cost $15 :blueeek: ) I walked down to the gate where the tour buses were parked. All of a sudden I heard people screaming and before I knew it, Kim Locke came out with her security gaurd. I waved to Kim, but she didn't see me at first. Luckily, her bdy gaurd had and he talked to Kim and pointed at me. Kim looked right at me, smiled, and waved. Then Charles came out. He smiled and waved at me too. Then Charles whent back into the arena for a sec, but he came out again a few minutes later. He waved at me again.

I then decided to try and get closer. I went upstairs and went outside to a hill that led down to where the buses were parked. There were a few people there, mostly Clay fans (YAY!). Also, there was this guy there that was a friend of Charles'. He talked to us and said that he had 5 backstage passes. Of course, we begged him to let us have them. But, he couldn't since he had already promised them to someone else. But, he did do something nice for us. He called up Charles' cell and let us listen to the voicemail. I was the first one who got to listen. Charles sings on his voiemail message. It was so sweet! Then the guy had to go. I stayed there and talked to a few of my fellow Claymates. Then, I walked down to the front of the arena. I noticed a small crowd by a couple of doors. I went over to see what the fuss was all about. There was a meet n greet going on inside and we were all trying to get a glimpse of Clay. The only problem was all the people in line inside were blocking our view. It was so funny though. Whenever the line would move a tiny bit, we'd say to each other stuff like "I see Clay's arm!" or "I see Clay's hair!". When the crowd inside was pretty much gone, the security gaurd was gonna close the wall around the meet n greet area, so that meant we wouldn't see Clay anymore. But thankfully, there was small spot that wasn't closed off and we had a good view of Clay. We banged on the glass (which pissed of security) and called out to Clay to try and get his attention. Clay finally saw us, smiled, and waved. I was so happy that I jumped up and down so that Clay would be able to see me specifically. After that, they had all pretty much gone backstage to get ready. Some girls were over by another window and said that they could see Ruben. So I went over there and peeked into the window too. Sure enough, there was Ruben. We waved to him. But Ruben didn't even look at us. He just stood there talking on his cell *sigh* Oh well, Clay waved to me and that's all that mattered.

After that it wwas getting pretty close to the time when they would open the doors. I stood by one of the doors and talked to a girl and her mother until the doors were finally opend. I went over to the merchadise counter and bought: a Clay tshirt (of course), a program, a Clay button, and a Clay poster (I had also gotten a shirt w/ the cities on the back from a guy on the street). Notice a pattern here? *LOL* Anyway, then I went to my seat (which wasn't bad at all. I had a great view). I read through my program until the lights went out and the show started.

Charles: Gotta love this guy. His performance was excellent. He definitally got us all up and dancing.

Julia: Julia was actually a lot better than I thought she would be. I loved her rendition of Beautiful.

Rickey: He did Hercules for us! Rickey is so funny. I loved his performance.

Kim Caldwell: She totally kicked ass! Rickey was right when he introduced her as the rocker of the group. She did a great job singing Stuck On You.

Carmen: Her performance was actually not that bad. She didn't sound like a goat lol.

Trenyce: Everyone was on their feet when Trenyce sang Proud Mary. She did a very good job.

Kim Locke: Another great performance. I can't remember exactly what she sang. All I know is I really liked it.

Clay: My Clay! The crowd went crazy when Clay came onstage. This girl behind me looked mad (I later figured out she was a Ruben fan. For the rest of the night she was pissed that Clay got more attention from the crowd than Ruben) But anyway.... he sang This Is The Night. It sounded amazing. I was nearly in tears. And Clay looked so good! (Of course, when doesn't he? hehe)

Ruben: He performed two songs. Both of which I thought were very good.

Then there was a twenty minute intermission. It was so hot that I just had to go to a food stand and get a drink. The drink was WAY too overpriced, but I was thirsty, so I got it. I then went back to my seat.

The show started again with the group, duo, trio, more solos, etc. performances. Some of the higlights were :

-Clay, Ruben, and the red panties *LMAO*
-Clay's performances of "Can You Feel The Love Tonight" & "To Love Somebody"
-Ruben coming out wearing a jersey with the numbers 518 (our area code) and a Yankees hat. -"The Lady Is A Tramp" vs. "Bootyliscious"
-Kim Caldwell, Carmen, and Julia singing "Feel Good Time"
-Ricky & Charles singing "Crazy"
-Kim Locke got a standing ovation after she sang "Over The Rainbow"
-Rickey & Julia singing "If I Never Knew You"
-All of them singing "I've Had The Time Of My Life"

Then they all came back for the encore. Clay sang "Invisible". I *heart* him. You could totally tell he was into the song. It was an amazing performance. That one nearly got me crying too. When Clay was done, Ruben came out wearing the 518 jersey again. He sang "Flying Without Wings" & "Imagine".

After that everyone came back out and sang "God Bless The USA". We were all standing and singing along. The dancers came out waving American flags. Fireworks were coming from the stage. It was an amazing way to end the show.

The show was over a little before 10:00pm. I swear it took at least half an hour to get out of the parking lot. I stopped at a gas station on the way home and got a bag of chips & a Vanilla Coke. I got home at 11:00pm. I was exausted. But I was so excited about the show that I didn't get to sleep untill around 2:00am.

I had such a good time. It was a great show. :)
