I watch 3's Company like every night, and 8 Simple Rules was one of my favorite new shows last year.

From what I read this morning, he had an undetected heart problem. Something about a tear in his aorta, or something along those lines.....I was so in shock reading it, that's about all I can remember.

I mean, how freakin awful is it that not only is his daughters birthday Sept. 11, but also the day he dies. Poor little girl.:cry:

:(.... its all so sad, may both of them rest in peace. Yeah... it was John Ritter's daughters birthday, his birthday was next wednesday, and next thursday was his anniversary :(. They'll both be very much missed.

I heard he had a heart attack on the set of 8 Simple Rules... and that he was only 43. :( Way too young to die.

:cry: so sad - john ritter was a great actor - I was watching it all on the news today - it brings a tear to my eye - John Ritter was 54 his birthday is in 6 days and he passed away on his daughters 5th birthday and today is his wife's birthday - how sad - especcially so unexpectadly :cry:
