Is it confirmed that he and Tony Lucca ARE touring together and we don't know when and where OR we don't know anything just that his album has been pushed back like 10 years.......

It was posted over on the JJB that someone who was at Tony's show this past week said Tony's said he and JC definitely are going on tour but it is going to be January and February now.
