Newlyweds will get a 2nd season

I saw this review on the Jessica.com board of her appearance at Taste of Boston today

Oh man, was it awesome! She came out singing "I think I'm in love with you" then she sang "I wanna love you forever" and talked about how it is one of her favorite songs that she has ever done. Next she did "Sweetest Sin" and talked about "The Newlyweds" she said they dif. signed on for a 2nd season and she said "It's fun for me and Nick to watch, it's especially funny to see them edit all my complaints into one" Then she sang "With You" and talked about how excited she is that she got to write on the new album. Last, she sang Irresistable. It was sooooo funny....she started and sang the first two lines wrong and then mumbled the third line and was like "wow im messing up my own words" and then she just waited until the chorus to sing. Then right before the second verse she was like "Lets see if I can do this verse right..how does it go?...oh yah dont ya try to tell me that hes not my type...wait no!" lol it was really funny! But it was wicked cute too...then she was like "thanks for coming I had a blast...make sure you tune in ton no wait whats today, sunday...tune in on tuesdays to watch the newlyweds"...

It was AWESOME! especially IWLYF...incredible!

She was wearing jeans and a green peasant like shirt, it was cute!

I thought the point of it was that they were filming the first year of their marriage - 'Newlyweds'? They won't be newlyweds after that, really.

Yeah, I agree. You gotta watch MTV's renewal contracts though...they could pull the plug at anytime. They renewed The New Tom Green show until the end of the year and they took him off the air this month. MTV totally sucks!

Yay! I didn't think it would do that well, but I read on tvguide.com that it's the 2nd highest rated cable show. So hopefully mtv will keep it on for a while.

they shoulda stuck to one season. It will be overdone with her ditziness...hmm, but then again, we might see a renewal of intellect with her. I'm currently addited to that show though. Tape of every episode!

Another season?.. what MTV will do for ratings.. It's all good though, I actually enjoy the show despite the fact that Jessica Simpson lacks in the intellect department.

I'm not a big fan of Jessica'smusic (because she hasn't been to the UK in years and I haven't a clue what her songs are like at the moment) but I love newlyweds:) I am so glad they are getting another season.

I've been posting awhile now and believe me it doesn't deter me one bit from posting my opinions. Besides, it was not a bash towards her. Yeh, she lacks intellect, but I still enjoy the show nonetheless.

Sweet! I can't wait for another season, I absolutely LOVE this show.

I hope they sell it on DVD like they did with the Osbournes :D, because if they did, I would DEFINATELY pick it up!

She didn't say things like she wanted to slap her either. We will handle this board the way we see best. If anyone's comments become an issue we will discuss it with that person. We don't need any member of the board putting their two cents in.

You've had issues with at least two moderators, who were picked by the administrators to keep things clean. So are you saying that the administrators made bad decisions? When the same situation occurs more than once, it's usually not the moderator's fault.

You were asked nicely and decided to ignore it so I wouldn't say you were treated unfair. If I recall I actually gave you a break when you posted under another name while being banned. I think that was more then fair!!

It wasn't the same situation. You don't even know what happened, so therefore, you have no right to make a comment like that, mod or not!
