Get Ready For Britney’s Critics To Disappear
-- Jim Brachman
MTV’s launch of Britney’s remarkable video, Me Against The Music, re-establishes the 21-year-old star as pop icon.
The fact that Madonna co-stars in Me Against The Music doesn’t hurt, nor does the fact that the uniquely talented Paul Hunter directs Me Against The Music.
Britney will virtually take over the Music Television network for the month of November, showcasing her fourth and, it would appear, best album yet.
A recent appearance on Saturday Night Live didn’t do justice to Me Against The Music, though when Britney sang a new ballad later in the broadcast, her voice sounded more powerful and soulful than it ever has before.
Britney’s back, and despite the whining from all her critics, and despite having to deal with major disappointment in her personal life… she’s not only back, she's here to stay.
I thought you all would enjoy this, I did.
