Britney Sued for "Distress" by Japanese Stalker

Pop superstar Britney Spears has been sued for "distress" by the Japanese businessman ordered to stay away from her.

Masahiko Shizawa was ordered to stay at least 300 yards from the "Me Against the Music" singer for three years, and was placed on the federal 'no-fly' list as a potential threat to her.

Judge Alan Haber determined at the October 7 hearing that Shizawa "engaged in a pattern of harassment and stalking" Spears for more than a year.

But now the 43-year-old software entrepreneur is claiming Spears' security guards caused him "extreme emotional distress" and brandished a gun at him.

He is seeking unspecified damages from the star after filing the claim in a Los Angeles federal court.

Representatives for Spears could not be reached for comment.

She's the one who got letters saying "i'm following you". This is just ridiculous.
