Umm.. yeah....
I work at a hospital and apparantly in August he was there before his concert to visit someone...
here's the article I read about it in... there's only like a paragaph that mentions it, but still wow!
http://www.newsday.com/news/columnists/ny-lflowe3530031nov09,0,353087.column?coll=ny-news-columnists
I can't believe it was MY hospital (2.4 minutes from my house), and somehow I knew NOTHING of this occurance!! HOW!?! Nothing is ever kept hush hush there. I mean, I can see not knowing before he went and all, since it was a last minute thing, but how did it not get around after the fact. It was a HUGE thing a few years ago (before I worked there, but my mom works there too) when Leonardo DiCaprio (during his Titanic popularity) was supposed to go and visit a paralyzed gymnast... but then she was transfered to the city and he saw her there. It was all set for him to go, they like fixed everything up for his coming... or something.
but seriously, is Justin just the nicest sweetest guy... I mean... awww... that's just so awesome!
the whole article just amazes me how everyone comes together to help in such a time of need.

But what about all those people who have met Justin in person, and know FOR SURE that he's a jerk?????
What about them, huh?
Thanks for posting, Jerri! Too bad you weren't there at the time!

What a sad but lovely story! Thanks for posting.
So one of the girls ran over to the Coliseum to see if she couldn't get him a signed shirt or something, and the manager, or his manager, happened to be in the office and told Justin Timberlake about it, and he ran over to the medical center with three hours to go before his concert, and visited Mike. He held Mike's hand while Mike drifted in and out of consciousness from the medication.
What? No cameras? What about all the people who think everything he does is for a selfish reason or publicity motivated?

That was nice for Justin Timberlake to head to the hospital to see if the young man was okay. I don't think he was doing this for publicity; he wanted to see if the guy's holding on quite well. It must have made his day to see Justin, even if didn't get to go to the concert.

Facetious!
It's not that hard if you remember that it's one of the few words in the English language that contains all five vowels in order!
I'm just a warehouse of nearly-useless information. I should go on Jeopardy. :p

Okay, facetiously should make it six, in order! :p
It doesn't really require being smart to remember stupid trivia. It only means that I'm less likely to send the mortgage payment on time, since my mind is so cluttered with garbage.

So back to the original topic (topic-taker-overs  ) That is such a neat story. There should be more people like that in the world. :)
