there's different ways you could do it.. you normally add some ice to make it thicker, you could add yogurt too, or ice cream if you're not trying to make a healthy smoothie, or frozen yogurt to make it healthier

but yeah, it's usually a mix of fruit (frozen fruit can help thicken it like ice cubes would) or a packet of smoothie mix powder, water and/or milk, and ice
