and we weren't that busy on Saturday so my manager asked me if i wanted to go in the back and help out with the decorating.. of course i said yes lol

so i got to frost and put borders on three cakes, assembled some fruit tarts, filled cannolis, and cut and coated coconut bars.. i loved it, well everything except the cakes, cause i didn't feel like i did them that great.. the border on the first one looked kinda sloppy, but the other two were better.. i think i would need some more practice with that, but everything else i loved doing and did well

oh and in somewhat related news, i might get my drivers license this week, so no more bus to or from work, yay lol.. i take the test on tuesday, so wish me luck ;)

thanks salv :) my driving test got pushed back though, my driving instructor had to cancel today, so we're gonna see if i can do it next tuesday

and i did more decorating at work today.. i thought i was only going in today to watch the girl who does the decorating now, but she gave me actual things to do and i got paid for today, so that was nice.. i got to do some other little cakes and things, it was fun :)

i can't drive until after i pass my test next tuesday, by myself that is.. but i've been driving with my instructor during our lessons.. i do all the driving, he just tells me where to go and what to do

well, i failed my driving test lol

i passed the part of it where you have to drive through the cones, but i failed the actual road test part.. the biggest thing was that i missed a stop sign, and that's an automatic fail, but even if i hadn't done that, i still wouldn't have passed because the instructor i got was bitch and was taking points off all over for stupid things, pffft

so i have to wait a week and take just the road test part again, and hopefully then i'll have a better instructor, and i definitely won't miss that stop sign again lol

well i've been working two jobs for a while, cause i got a job at whole foods market that i had been wanting since they opened in march of last year, i was so happy lol

but they only wanted me for part time, so i kept my job at the bakery and just cut down my hours there.. but now whole foods is gonna make me full time, so i quit the bakery, tomorrow is my last day there

i'm so glad i won't have to worry about working two jobs now, the hours on some days were so long.. like tomorrow i'll be working 6:30am to 2:00pm at the bakery, then 4:00pm to 9:30pm at whole foods.. lonng day, and that's how it was for a few days a week for a while

and whole foods pays so much better and treats their employees really well.. it's hard work though to be a cashier there, it's just hours and hours of non-stop customers, but i love it there :)

i got some stupid spyware virus thing, and i don't think it's really doing anything major, but i can't fix it and my computer is so old and out of date with security that support forums and things won't even bother to help unless i get up to date

Adam get a mac. I've only had two major crashes in like 5 years, and once apple fixed it all in like a week and it came back good if not better than new and the other time, i just restored everything and i'm still on it right now.

I also just got a new car on Friday night, it's still feels surreal when I look out side and see it parked behind my old car :o I then have to remember that's it's mine.
