The word marginal is a noun, and I ask you, why do you type assuming you know what people mean? Might I remind you again, humour is subjective, not objective. Your humour, as you 'define,' is not everyone else's. I happen to believe sarcasm does fit into my categories of humour, albeit it does not need it to be what it is.

Yeah, i love the rep messages. I just think the rep lounge threads etc are lame. I do agree that avatars help you to distinguish posters from each other, but I also think some people with very little personality (I have a few in mind) post raunchy avatars as a way to feel popular. Well, if that's the case, maybe it's time to look into finding another job. If he brings that much stress to you, it isn't healthy.

I know it's not good to "run away" from people who make you feel uncomfortable, but it's different when it affects your life in a way and causes a physical reaction.

He just wants more money. Meeting his sales goals. Sometimes I want to rip out his throat.

But I make good sales and he knows that. If I leave, I think I would be a loss to the business. I like it though, it's a very fun job. I never thought I would say it. I love my job.

I just don't like thinking what the manager thinks of me. Most of my customers like the way I treat them, so I know I'm okay in the people dept.. They do, on the other hand, complain about my manager, quite often, let me add.
