Spectra is Jane Carter's management company, and Aaron has fired her so this is just a logical step on the way to go through with the legal seperation.

Probably to avoid hate mail and cold backlash to Aaron Carter or his mother Jane. They just don't want that exposed to his site. But this is disturbing, what with Jane doing that to Aaron and taking his money from his account. Aaron was smart in dismissing her as a manager. He needs to go to more professional people that can manage his career, instead of something family-related.

Yeah the site has been down for like ever, I think it was because of the whole Jane issue, and no as far as I know Aaron aint signed to Jive anymore but to transcontinental records or something like that.
