I was just watching TRL - the top 10 videos that spent the most days at #1 througout the year .. and GC was #1!!!!! I love them, but I never see them on TRL, so I must have missed that .. but when they weren't at the bottom of the countdown, I figured that was it.. but #1! **tear*** I'm so proud ..

Yes unfortunately .. it isn't one of my favorite programs but it is good background noise on occasion .. like today .. when it reached #1 .. that was about it .. =)

It was cool when carson hosted it. It's gone to the ****ter since then.

Though I do love my Damien. He will always be a Kiss 108 DJ to me and only that.

I was at the Kiss Concert when they were saying adios to him...they were like 'he is leaving us for MTV' or something ..

But yeah, I hate the show these days, I 've become addicted to Fuse .. much better on the video selection ..

WEll if you ever watch TV, FUSE is the channel to watch .. they play more than the same 5 videos over and over again, and they actually play videos at normal times of the day when people can actually WATCH them ...

This is why I was so shocked that GC was #1 on that TRL countdown today -- I couldn't believe they actually beat out the other 5 artists that exist on MTV these days ..

I LOVED That part -- Chris rocks .. and I Love that Billy did a lot of the talking... I do love those twins but I like to hear from the other guys sometimes ..

And I especially love Chris's parts in "The Anthem" video .. I never noticed that was him with his pants hiked up or swinging from the trees... That was GREAT .. .

I remember thinking he was a hottie at that concert .. and I could have talked to him but I was a chicken..he was just hanging out by the autograph tent or something ...

I have FINALLY gotten to see a lot of videos I never thought existed .. because my roommate introduced me to FUSE. . I hadn't heard of it until a month ago...she was like 'if you want to actually see some videos, watch this. .. and I mean, as muc has I LOVE seeing Beyonce every morning at 3 am, some variety helps..

I used to watch TRL back in the day.. MTV Live is still the king and they shouldn't have changed it. The biggest mistake TRL ever made was adding a studio audience...

I miss Carson, I love his late night show. Damien is the only new VJ I can stand, and it's only because he is from here. Gotta rep. Boston. wha wha.. lmfao

YES, that was the year that was pretty crappy, yet entertaining. Alanis was ok too -- Damien is the ONLY VJ on TRL that I can stand .. LALA drives me insane and I like Hilary much better as an actor than a VJ .. ..

Yeah that year at the Kiss Concert was pretty good. Alanis and No Doubt were the highlights for me. Oh and the Calling.

Grrr I think Hillary sucks so bad. She needs to hang up the acting and the VJing and go back to Pace.

The Calling was the best for me obviously, since they are my favorite. The acoustic set was incredible. But I must say that No Doubt OWNED!!! I had so much fun during their set, they were fantastic.

The Calling was awesome!! And they were like one of the first bands so I was pumped cause usually the sucky people are first. No Doubt just rocked for me. I actually left after No Doubt.. in like the middle of Celine dion lol. No Doubt just is sooo amazing. Like you can't not have fun watching them!

I forgot the Calling were there .. I love them too .. there was actually a somewhat decent line up that year .. Alanis, No Doubt, and the calling were awesome .. I am drawing a blank on most of the other acts .. I remember hating celine dion .. Can't say I don't miss Kiss in Boston though -- the radio station shows down here for XL are HORRIBLE ... The Jingle Ball was all unknown acts .. and I swear all of them were Lou Pearlman acts .. I only went due to lack of things to do that night .. Kylie Dean was the only semi-decent performer and she f***** that up when she was chewing gum the whole time she sang .. it was very annoying to me .. and gross ..... I will definately miss the Kiss Concerts and Jingle Balls in Boston cuz at least the acts were familiar .....hopefully the two rock stations in Orlando will make up for it ..

Alicia Keys, No Doubt, Celine Dion, Mary J Blige, Alanis Morissette, Goo Goo Dolls, Shakira, Craig David, Marc Anthony, India.Arie, The Calling, Vanessa Carlton, Nick & Aaron Carter, Jade Anderson, Michelle Branch, Soluna, Eliot Sloan, Avril Lavigne, & DJ Encore.

I only watched No Doubt, Celine, Mary J, Alanis, Goo Goo, Craig, The Calling, Nick, Michelle, Soluna, and Avril. I think I may have seen a little big of Alicia and Vanessa before getting up and walking around. We left during Shakira.

I didn't have a good time that year at all. I'd say the best performances was No Doubt(best of the show), Michelle, The Calling, Alanis and Goo Goo. Craig David is okay too, but I'm not too big on him. Out of the whole show, and the whole friggin prolly 100 bucks we paid for tickets it was a major bust. Oh and I guess Celine was okay, we only stayed beacause it was her and we wanted to hear the TItanic song. lol.

I went to the Jingle Ball in 01 and 02 and they were both good. 01 had the better lineup tho. Sugar Ray, Pink, Lifehouse, Five For Fighting(that song, wtf is it called? Superman.. oh man I love that song...)

OMG -- I remember it all now -- India Arie .. was TORTURE .. I remember she was wearing that YELLOW dress and she sang FOREVER ... i wanted to make it stop ... and Avril's voice was horrible .. I saw her again after that at Mixfest I think and she sounded a hella lot better .. I love Michelle Branch, the calling, Nick, alanis, no doubt and Alicia Keys...everyone else was ok but it was good to see some of those people live at least once .. but India Arie was the pure torture part ...

Was anyone else at the Kiss concert in 1998 where Mariah Carey presented that check and came out in that TIGHT dress that she could barely walk in? I was in the third row for that and all I remember is her fakeness .... That Kiss concert kicked ass. . .That was my first one and the best ..
