Thanks Vicky.
What are the Red and Blue albums like?
Just curious, but I'm not going to get them.

You've already got every track on them, they're just greatest hits collections.
The red album is a bit short compared to the blue one. The blue one also includes 'A Day In The Life' with a clean beginning and 'Back In The USSR' with a clean ending, for the real completist.

Red & Blue are pretty worhtless if you collect their stuff. Just a kinda greatest hits collection. I gave my Red collection to an ex- when we were going out.

Beatles for Sale
A Hard Day's Night
Free as a Bird single

Live at the BBC
Real Love single (2 versions)
Magical Mystery Tour
Revolver
Rubber Soul
Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band
Tony Sheridan and the Beatles
Yellow Submarine (recent re-release, with the whole soundtrack, not the few-song original version)
A bunch of interview CDs and A 4-disc German box set of early songs
Vinyl:
A Hard Day's Night
Help!
Meet the Beatles
Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band

Lennon Legend's a pretty good compilation of stuff, but you should definitely buy all of his albums. You should buy all their solo stuff.
What I own: (which is basically all older stuff)
Live at the BBC
Rubber Soul
Revolver
Magical Mystery Tour
Sgt. Pepper's
White Album
Abbey Road
Let It Be
Anthology 1-3
1's
Let It Be: Naked
Vinyl: (ala my wonderful Mother)
Meet the Beatles
Revolver
Magical Mystery Tour
Sgt. Pepper's
Abbey Road
I have the Anthology collection on DVD. I feel like I'm missing stuff.

I personally think you should get Let It Be: Naked. I've really enjoyed it.

Yea! Bekah's back!
1 I think is unnecessary if you have most of their albums...

The only solo album I own is Lennon Legend.
Ringo Starr: "Goodnight Vienna"
Paul McCartney: "Flowers in the Dirt", "Flaming Pie", "Ram", "Run Devil Run", "Band on the Run"
George Harrison: "Brainwashed", "George Harrison", "All Things Must Pass", "Cloud Nine" and Geroge was with the Traveling Wilburies too and those CDs rock: "Traveling Wilburies, Volume 1" and "Volume 3"
John Lennon: "Double Fantasy" - although it does have some freaky Yoko songs on it, I think it's a pretty good album overall.
Those are all the ones I can think of that I like a lot right now.

And essential!
Even if you've heard Beatles 1 you're still missing songs such as: This Boy; Long Tall Sally; She's A Woman; Yes It Is; I'm Down; Rain; The Inner Light; Don't Let Me Down; You Know My Name (Look Up The Number). Let alone the Wildlife version of "Across The Universe", which as far as I'm concerned is by far the best one.

you're right. I guess I never really thought about it because we had at least some of those songs on record and we've had Past Masters since...a loooong time ago.

Isn't there some sort of version of 'Yes It Is' on Antholgy 2, disc 2?

It's track 2, disc 1. It's an early take, which eventually cross-fades into the master version.

A friend of mine was going to copy both Post Mater's Volumes for me, but he said that because I've probably heard most of the songs on there(from other albums)it's not worth it.
