Wow! You mean he is actually going to be on something other than TRL?
I love Jay Leno and I can't wait to see it.
Thanks for letting us know!

Is JC still going to be on Leno tonight? It says that Rooney will be the music guest on the show on NBC's website: http://www.nbc.com/nbc/The_Tonight_Show_with_Jay_Leno/guests/

LMAO, you read my mind a_p!
I was just coming here to question that.
There are definitely no signs of him being on there at all, I don't know where this original info came from.

I'm sure that may have been posted somewhere. I'm sure Angel can tell us where it was originally found. But plans have obviously changed.
You know how wishy washy these people are. I'm sure that he will be on Leno at some point, but as far as I am aware, it won't be for at least another week or two.

I heard that he'll be on sometime in February now (hopefully when his CD gets released...if it gets released. )

A few days ago on the NBC website under the TV schedule it said under Jay Leno Music: JC. But now it says Rooney.
Hmmmm....

I just think that JC changed his schedule. That's all. No biggie. I'm sure he will actually be on Leno soon, though. He would be an idiot to pass up the opportunity.

Oy! JC time makes Nsync time seem...um...well, prompt.

I imagine the show probably had to rearrange the schedule for one reason or another. That has happened quite a few times before. I'd imagine that he'll show up on there sooner or later.
I can't imagine he'd cancel or rearrange his appearance on Leno - heaven knows that he's trying like hell to get his stuff out - I can't see him wanting to postpone it any further.
Either way, I like Rooney, so I'm gonna have to check that out. :)

Who the hell is Rooney anyway? LOL!

Can't really describe their music - but a guy that was in a movie (Princess Diaries) is in it.

My best guess....JC's "people" want him on Leno a lot closer to when his album comes out, rather than do all the publicity for something that doesn't hit the shelves for like another month (**or year, or decade**). When it was scheduled to be released Jan 27th, now would have been the perfect time!

I like that Jay Leno took a chance at getting JC Chasez to perform his new music on the show. No one else wanted to take him, not even David Letterman, Conan, Jimmy Kimmel or Craig "combs his hair to the right too much" Kilborn? This way Jay can stop those jokes on 'NSYNC he does in his opening sometimes.

Oh, that's awesome that you're so tight with Letterman and Conan and all the wannabes! So tight that you know when the refuse to put someone on their show and all. Fabulous!
But anyway, I don't really care if he does any of these shows or not, I just want the damn CD to come out! Pssh. If it gets pushed back again, I will personally make a visit to Jive. Yessuh. Well, no. But I'll be pissed enough to really really wish I would make a visit to Jive!

This was in his fan club update:
JC is featured in the current issue of Entertainment Weekly (1/16/04), with Rolling Stone, People, Blender, SPIN and USA Today to run in the coming weeks. Television shows slated for February include "Tonight Show with Jay Leno," "The Ryan Seacrest Show," "Live With Regis & Kelly," and "The Ellen DeGeneres Show."
We don't have any confirmed dates for the above mentioned TV shows but as soon as they are confirmed we will send out another e-mail update to you.
and I found these dates on the nsync.com bulletin board:
ng to rileyj26, these JC Chasez appearances are confirmed by Jive:
Sunday, Feb 8 NFL Pro-Bowl (ESPN)
Tuesday, Feb 17 Tonight Show with Jay Leno (NBC)
Wednesday, Feb 18 The Ellen DeGeneres Show (SYN) *will air on 2/19
Monday, Feb 23 Live with Regis & Kelly (ABC)
