I didn't think of this one before, but I KNOW you'll like this!

Many years ago, when PJ and PinkBoy were younger, we used to play an alphabet game in the car. We had to find words (on signs, cars, license plates, etc) that began with the letters of the alphabet in order, and call out what we saw (A for Albany. B for bridge, and so on). It gets really difficult on certain letters, as you can imagine.

One day, when PinkBoy was looking for something beginning with the letter "X" he saw this lettering painted on the road:

PED
Xing

He got all excited, and said, "X for......for......uh.....ZING!"

:D :D :D

Pinky and I were talking earlier about how to pronounce the name of my school (It's spelled Xavier)

Correctly, it should be pronounced with a z sound because the letter X and then a vowel make a z sound. So everyone here says it Zavier.

But so many people pronounce the x. So it's like Xxxavier. But that's not right, because of the rule.

It's just an annoyance of mine, that's all. LOL
