I liked Kid Rock's belt. I don't remember what it looked like, but I remember it looked good.

I liked Kid Rock's performance much better...I'm a bit more partial to his kind of music though.

Rhythm Nation is one of my favorite songs of hers, as is the first one she sang (damned if I can remember the name of it offhand, now that I'm trying to - but yeah...)

So I loved the performance of those two songs. :)

I was very disappointed with Diddy. He usually puts one one helluva show and he barely sizzled!!!! I thought he could have totally pulled a VMA and brought Nelly and Murphy on stage and some hoochies could have shook their tail feathers but NO!!!! It was just a bland performance! *sigh*

But Nelly looked like he'd been workin' out cuz ummmmm he was fittin' that wife-beater mighty fine

I liked Janet's performance too... I just wished she did not lypsynch as much as she did... All For You (the first song ya'll couldn't remember the name too) was lypped, and parts of Rhythem Nation were too... But she was really singing that "Talk to me booooy." The rest of the show was good, but you can tell that Nelly, and P. Diddy are not used to lypsynching. It was so painfully obvious that they were not really rapping when they should have been. Diddy was a little more convincing, but Nelly had the dang mic down at his side looking at a woman's butt while he was speaker rapping... Uhm... hello... Earth to Nelly, come in... You can look at her butt later man... I'm not a big fan of Kid Rock, so I can't really comment on him. But I loved the end where Justin came out with Janet. I liked the two of them on stage together. Two out of three of my favorite performers. Now if Whitney had popped up through a hole somewhere talking about "talk to me boy" my life would have been complete.

Nelly did'nt have to do anything, but just stand there for all I care. He's could sang "I'm a Lil' Tea Pot" and that would have been PERFECTLY fine.....

As long as he had on his wife-beater :D

I would have liked it if Janet had performed her new single off her upcoming March album. To show listeners where's she's at now musically. Maybe they hadn't practiced or heard the song enough long after recording it in the studio. Instead, her performance was a hodgepodge of her past hits. She still has it with her energetic dancing! Considering that they were lipsynching, most of them, maybe they were trying to keep up with the CD playing from the sound man. This was a little more fast paced than past halftime shows and it went a little overboard with the gyrating and sexy dancing. The people who did this year's Super Bowl were trying very hard not to let the viewer leave their seat or head to the restroom or refrigerator and they succeeded with every commercial and that halftime show that they showed.
