Mine pops up but then when it asks if you want to open it now, I have to click cancel instead of okay. I dunno why though.

Sometimes mine doesn't pop up either! But I just go to "account" and check it out.

Ok, I know that like on my Dad's computer, he has this popup thing that gets rid of popups. So when I click "ok" to a PM, it doesn't come up cuz it thinks that it's a popup! LOL So I have to cancel. Is that maybe what's wrong w/ yours, too?
