Mexican Food

I cant say Im a huge Mexican food fan. It gives me heartburn, but I will go for a good taco every once in a while.

I like mexican rice & chimi chungas. Tortillias w/ chicken is also a fav. of mine. :D

At the local places, I like to have the arroz con pollo. I will try just about anything. Chimi changas are great also.

My family makes what we call enchiladas, but I'm not sure it's like the kind you get in a restaurant. We use chili, onions, corn tortillas and shredded cheese. They are so good!

I am not a big fan of Mexican Food. But I do like the salsa and chips (just the salsa juice, not the chunks. :D)

I generally dislike Mexican food. I hate spicy stuff and I hate vegetables. LOL. The only Mexican food I eat is a breakfast burrito (eggs, cheese, bacon, fries), carne asada fries (carne asada, fries, sour cream, cheddar and monterey jack cheese), aCalifornia burrito (same ingredients as carne asada fries), or a shrimp burrito (battered shrimp with a cream sauce). It's basically Americanized Mexican food. LOL.

My dad my our family's version of enchiladas tonight. As usual, they were wonderful.
