OOH that is BULL!!! Some woman wants to file suit against Janet. Some women not even connected to NFL, CBS, or MTV all together. Just some average Joe Blow on the street. That is bull. She's gonna file for damages for the 80 million + people who saw the stunt. If she wins, was she planning to send everyone that watched a personal check? Please...
"It had asked the court to order a halt to offensive programing during hours when children are watching and to award damages for as many as 80 million U.S. viewers based on revenues from the show and how much the entertainers were paid."
This upsets me... I'm talking in general now, not Janet's stunt. This is the point where parents become parents, and actually watch and moniter their children and not let the televison babysit them. If parents take an active role in everything their child is watching on TV then there would be no need for this court order. If the parents were so upset at Janet's breast being exposed, they should have grabbed the remote and flipped the channel when the women were half naked dancing behing Nelly, and Diddy. The channel should have been turned when Kid Rock was grabbing himself. The channel should have been turned Justin and Janet were grinding and gyrating all over each other. Not only at the end when Janet's breast was exposed. Take an active role in parenting your child, and stop being so passive to let whatever comes on TV between 7:00 and 9:00 appease them while you go about your business.

I agree...very well said! :)
This whole thing has been blown way out of proportion. And answer me one thing...if the Janet thing was sooooo offensive to people...why do they keep showing it over and over?
