Ok, so I found out a little bit more info. If you read my Onyx Hotel review from the San Diego concert you know that during 'Touch of My Hand' Britney wears the very revealing diamond suit that you've all seen in the Toxic music video. She apparently did not wear this for the Touch of My Hand performance in Glendale, AZ which made a lot of people believe that she might only have done it for the San Diego concert. Nevertheless, she did wear the body suit for the Las Vegas concert two nights later, which makes me believe that certain state laws/regulations will not permit her to perform in it. Therefore, depending on your state laws, she might wear the diamond suit, and if not, you'll see her perform in shorts and a bra. Just a heads up ! wanted to clear that up...
