With spring training well underway and the Yankees and Rays leaving for Japan in a week or two, it's almost time to draft our players for LD's oldest fantasy baseball league. The draft will be "activated" next Sunday at the latest, so those of you who are in, get your draft orders ready.

Anyone who is not in yet, but would like to be, we use Yahoo! Sports for our league, so you can go there and sign up. You're going to want to "join private league" and the relevant information is as following:

League ID: 131566
password: richard

The League name, although not required is LDLB'04. The password is case sensitive, and all lower case.

I ended up with a pretty decent team, and didn't even pre-pick players. Not as decent a team as Dave, but at least I got Javy Lopez ;)

I'm pretty happy with my team, it should be fun. I'm looking forward to it. :-)

Considering it is a non-contract year, I think he will not do as well as he did last year. That is just my opinion. I am happy with my team as well. I didn't get as many closers as I wanted, so I will need to see who improves from those who are left.

Sure, he's a good player, but that's not why I really wanted him. ;)

fyi- Nomar is on the market!

It was part brain freeze, and part anti-Red Sox that made me do it. I should have traded him, but too late. Stupid me.

Any takers, rush over there.

I saw that this morning Dave. I thought about grabbing him, but that achilles injury is making me a little hesitant.

Yeah, that was another reason I was willing to let him go, but he should be alright by mid-season. I was getting nervous I guess that they wouldn't change A-Rod over in time.
