It's in a new book called "James Dean Died Here: The Locations of America's Pop Culture Landmarks'' by Chris Epting. It points out the spots where certain pop culture news happened. It's not all lurid or tragic stuff, either. You can find the ice cream stand where Brian Wilson saw a friend drive by in her daddy's T-bird and inspired him to write "Fun, Fun, Fun.'' It tells you where to find the house that was pictured on Led Zeppelin's "Physical Graffiti'' album. It even advises you how to get to Blue Jay Way, where George Harrison once rented a house in Los Angeles and wrote a song about the street. However, the book notes that you may not know you're on Blue Jay Way because the sign keeps getting stolen.
