So somebody tell me how I missed Matsui on waivers? Did someone release him or did I just not think to look for him? He's my favorite Yankee to begin with, so I can't believe I didn't claim him :(

Would anybody happen to know why Kaz Matsui seems to be an invalid player at the yahoo league? I went to set my lineup for Monday and noticed that he is no longer on my team. I searched by last name, and he wasn't there either.

Is everyone sure they know what they are doing... I notice some of you had some available batters on the bench yesterday. A fantasy team is something you should check up on at least once a day, if only for a minute.

Beckett has been impressing me a whole lot. I would not be surprised if he won the Cy young if he keeps it up. Im surprised i was able to pick him up at the beginning of the season i would have expected someone to draft him.

I hate the rain, 2 red sox games have been canceled in a row and most of my players just happen to be from the red sox.

Is there anyway of knowing the lineups before the game? Because today i just check and there are 2 players at the start of the game that are getting the night off and it sucks when im trying to get my stats up.

ESPN may list lineups early. Otherwise you just have to know the teams, the weather and the players.

FOr instance, if you know a player usually doesn't play in a day game after a night game (usually applying to catchers), then try & remember that. Otherwise, check the injury reports and such. If it's an everyday player, usually they won't be switched without reason in MLB.

I've been horrid with my team this year... Too busy with soccer stuff recently.

Im pretty happy with my team, i got back to first place after being taken out of my spot for a couple weeks and it looks like im staying there so far. My bats have finally started getting good to be up to par with my pitching lineup which has been fairly decent.

I hate that we can only have 1 person on the DL because its really starting to suck having so many people get hurt.

I think it's good, especially in a small league like we have this year.... Otherwise you could start hording the talent out there for some positions.

True, and i understand that its because of that but i think we should at least have one more spot not just two. 1 for batters and 1 for pitchers.
