Martina Navratilova is said to be planning a brief comeback at Eastbourne this year to play singles. She said she would not play Wimbledon however because it would become too big a deal and detract from her doubles which is what she's there for. I'm definitely going to try and get some Eastbourne tickets now. I've only ever seen Martina play singles once live on TV and I was very small so I can't remember much only that it was Wimbledon and I think she lost to Steffi Graf. It was the one where she took grass from the court. If she feels like she can do it then I'd love to see her back just this once!
