My favorite kinds are Chocolate (by far) and Ice Cream cake!! :D

My mom makes the best ice cream cake with mint ice cream....mmmm. And I used to work at DQ, so I pigged out on ice cream cake there.

White cake isn't that bad either.

I don't think the Jehova's witness reference was necessary (people to whom it applies could find it offensive).

I'm not voting because we have different types of cake here. We do have carrot cake (which I don't like), icecream cake (but not from DQ) and sponge cake, but none of those are my favorite. I do like sponge cake with whipped cream, berries, banana and custard, and another favorite is this merengue cake my mom makes that you eat with whipped cream and strawberries. *drool*

Ooey,Gooey Butter Cake
1 package yellow cake mix..I like Duncan Hines
1 stick of butter (melted)
1 egg

Mix all of the ingredients above and pat in a 13 by 9 inch pan

Topping
1 8 oz package of cream cheese (softened)
2 eggs
1 box of 10x(powdered) sugar

Mix cheese til light and fluffy, add eggs and mix well, then add box of powdered sugar. Beat til all of the lumps are completely gone.
Pour this mixture over cake in pan and bake at 350 Fahrenheit for 30 to 45 minutes or until topping is golden... allow to cool.

I only have cheese cake on special occasions. I always eat the top half first then the biscuit/base last :). I'm not a sweets person, but the sweeter and thicker the base the better!!

I chose ice cream cake. Dairy Queen makes awesome cakes. I love getting chocolate and vanilla ice cream and then the crunchy chocolate things in the middle. I also like simple cakes made from Betty Crocker mixes. I like the Rainbow Chip frosting the best.
