I was wondering how do you keep burgers juicy instead of them drying out when you cook them.

My dad is the burger maker in our house. I think using frozen onions might have something to do with them not drying out.

I usually mix in something with my burgers. I will either throw some A-1 or Worcestershire into the beef before I pat out the burgers. This keeps them juicy and tasty.

Don't press them down with the spatula/flipper while they are cooking.
You could put an ice cube or other things inside (as people suggest above). Also, make certain to buy a good mix of ground beef...maybe 85/15...which has a higher fat content to keep it moist throughout cooking.

My grandma buys the food usually so I don't know. But I saw on that commerical for the Worcestershire Sauce that keeps it juicy and Ice cubes and not patting the burger when it's cooking. Thanks for your advice I'm going to go get some Hamburger buns and try them out.

I keep mine juicy by adding in onion, pepper & sometimes salsa (gives it flavor). I don't like them too juicy.

Salsa? What kind of taste does it add to the burger?

When you are cooking them don't flatten them and don't drain the grease the make in th frying pan and only turn it once for eachside
