(Los Angeles-AP) -- Paul McCartney and Bob Dylan could show up as guest judges on next season's ''American Idol.'' The show's executive producer tells Entertainment Weekly that McCartney is interested and that Dylan's reps have actually contacted the show about having Dylan appear.

I would love to see a show with all Beatles songs.

I would love so long as they tell everybody how crappy and pathetic they all truly are.

Now, come on. There is only one girl in the competition I feel right now is actually really good. LaToya, I think her name is. Both Billy Joel and Elton John have done American Idol shows, and I don't think any less of them. :p

I never watch the show.
Who respects Elton John in the first place anyway? :p

I've never watched either.
As much as I love BJ, he and Elton are on a lesser plataeu than Macca and Dylan... The latter two made the former guys possible.

I know that Dave. I'm just saying that I really respect them and never thought any differently after I saw them on there.
I guess you can't really say how much they suck if you've never witnessed one of the good people's performances. They have good voices; it's not as if they're supposed to be musical genuises.

I've seen Clay Aiken and Kelly whatever her last name is. that's enough for me.

Come on, you might not like their music, but you have to say they have good voices. I don't like any of them that much, but I can give them props for that.

Kelly, yes.
Clay, no. I hate his voice, his songs, his face. He gives me the willies.

I have to admit, he does give me the willies.

I can't respect anyone who comes from the same show that made Billy Hung a multi-platinum artist... As I'm pretty sure he will be.
I was in AC today, and was appalled to see Aiken's name listed along with Diana Ross and Vanessa Williams as an upcoming headliner at Ceasar's.

Appalled? Why? I loathe Vanessa Williams. And it's Caesar's. :p
That whole Billy Hung this is just stupid. I will respect anyone with a voice like that LaToya girl.
