What are your favorite mexican dishes?

I Love enchiladas -- I usually make chicken enchiladas with chicken breast cutlets covered in cheese, mmm..

I also Loooove tacos.. simple & sooo sooo good.. quesidillias are good too :p

I'm not a big fan of Mexican food.

I do like chips and salsa, tacos, and some burritos, though.

Real tortilla chips and guacamole. Enchiladas, tamales, quesadillas, menudo (and no not the band), burritos and tacos! I love Mexican food!

Basically anything except burridos....I could live on toco bell!
