I rarely get to watch Yankees games, and the one night it is supposed to be on here on ESPN2 they start the game and after the first inning switch it to Atlanta!! I called my sister (who is in upstate NY and was watching it) and it stayed the same there)!! Why do they do that?? I check the Yankees schedule to see when they will air it here, which is rare, and they do this.......I need to get a dish and get YES!!

That was probably the call of a manager up there who sees Maine as Boston territory. Either it because they are bitter about the Yankees or they figure more fans are Braves fans up there. It was a dumb move IMHO because TBS should have had that game on anyway.

Hey Dave....actually, my sister called me back and they did take it off ESPN2 there, but it was on ESPN2-A, which we don't have and I never heard of!! I bet Atlanta was on TBS too, but I didn't check.....anyway, I listened to most of it over the phone ;) Love that Verizon Freedom plan:D Hope Posada is doing ok :sunny:
Do you think Jeter will end up at 3rd and A-Rod as SS?

I doubt it. A-Rod has been great at 3B.

If you are talking about yesterdays game that sucks its so much fun to watch the yankees get their ass kicked.

Yesterday's game was exciting to listen to, would have been better to actually watch, but I will take what I can get;) I just need to get the hubby to wire speakers from the PC to other areas of the house so I can actually get things done while I listen:D

So..what actually did happen with Jeter and the fan?? Did they actually take the ball from the glove or interfere with the catch??? Both the fan incidents worked in their favor though;) But I am totally against fan's who overstep the boundries where that is concerned! :eek:
