at least that's what the new commercial says on TV..
and if you hear it on TV it MUST be true :p lol..
I think it's just a ploy to make everyone go broke w/ the current prices of milk :o

Oh. I didn't ask the question right. I meant to say doesn't some milk make you fatter like whole or 2% cause I know those have more milk then Skim.

I haven't heard a recommendation about what kind of milk you drink. They've just been touting that getting 3 servings of calcium everyday helps in weight loss.

Any yes, 2% and whole milk have more fat compared to skim (aka - water) milk. So they will probably, most likely, make you fatter. :)

Oh well, if people really did drink 3 glasses a day - at least the prevalence of osteoporosis and other things alike would substantially decrease . . . .
I think it's best to stick to the 3+ glasses of water per day!! ;)

yeah, I seen that dairy products went up 60 cents here the other day too... damn this economy of ours!
