Britney Spears was shaken, and burnt when her hair reportedly caught on fire. Apparently Britney was spending the day relaxing at a beauty salon when she decided to have a relaxing massage surrounded by rose petals and scented candles. But as she walked into the room, the candles set her long hair on fire; and the fact that her doo had already been treated with an intense conditioner didn’t help. A source said: “All of a sudden Britney was shrieking and there were flames coming off her head. She was really freaking out." The staff at the salon quickly poured water over her head to put the flames out, but one side of her hair was completely singed. No doubt looking to 'cover it up', Britney then visited her hairdresser, who cut into the large chunk of burnt hair and covered it up with hair extensions.
