Spaghetti Squash

Have any of you ever had it? It is so good. But not really by itself you have to mix something with it for it to taste like something.

I've never had it. How do you cook it and with what is it generally served?

What is Spaghetti Squash? i've never heard of it.

You cut it in half the long way and get out all the seeds. Then you put it in boiling water and let it cook until the strains come up. Then you put them in ice water and let them cool then you get a fork and srap out the strains. Then dress up with whatever you want.

It's just squash like anyother ppl who are watching there carbs sometimes may use that in the place of pasta.

look for Low Carb and Lovin it and 30 mintute meals under the tv show listings or just put in Spaghetti Squash in the search. You can also put it in the mircowave that's what Racheal Ray did once but I don't know how it taste like that.
