IN ONE PART SHE IS DRESSED IN THE CATHOLIC SCHOOL GIRL OUTFIT WITH A DAY MADE AFRER HER MOCKING BRITNEY IN ANOTHER SHE IS MAKING FUN OF BRITNEY'S PEPSI COMMERCIAL. IT IS SO OBVIOUS SHE IS TAKING A DIRECT JAB AT BRITNEY. I CAN'T WAIT FOR YOU ALL TO SEE IT I WAS SHOCKED. BRITNEY IS DEFINITELY GOING TO CRY WHEN SHE SEES THIS. ITS JUST HORRIBLE. I think that Amy Lee has proven the reason why Ben Moody left the group. She must be quite the opinionated witch.

I know many wish that Britney would address the people that hate on her. She has said that the women in music should all inspire one another, not tear each other down. The only one's Britney has answered back to was Pink and Christina. With Pink, obviously they have sorted out their differences because they seem to be quite the fan club for one another. I think the issue with Christina will never resolve. I doubt that either want to be friends again. But every time you lash out at another artist, you risk offending their fans. These are all people that might buy your album. I refuse to buy an album from someone that hates on artists I like. If the music is good, I'll burn their CD instead of buying it.

I think that one of the reasons that Backstreet Boys popularity ended was because they constantly whined about N'Sync. People who crap all over Britney seem to have the same things happen to them. Kid Rock use to make fun of Britney and Nsync. :hah: Now he's singing country music. :roll: Pink said bad things about Britney and her new album didn't do well. Britney's "Toxic" beat out "My Immortal to #1 on American Top 40/MediaBase charts. Avril will sell about 400,000 albums in her first week, after selling 6 million of Let Go. Her first single will probably only be able to top out at 7 or 8 on Mediabase. :susp:

First of all: shes on a motorcycle during the "soda commercial" bit so I dont know how that can be directed at Britney..
Second: the plaid skirt bit is a jab at the Asian market...shes wearing a pink bobbed wig and theres Asian writing behind her- HOW can THAT be about Britney?

When she was on TRL she did NOT say ANYONES name specifically..
She said she wrote the song in 1999 when the images in music were "dress less" etc..
MTV put pictures of Britney and Christina up on the screen...Amy never mentioned ANYONES name...
Read the lyrics or watch the video before you make assumptions...
And her video was made very closely to when Britneys was, if not before, so she couldnt have seen it before hand...


And the BSB comment was ridiculous...BSB never said anything unkind about Nsync just like Nsync never said anything unkind about BSB. They are all mature and well mannered men who are in reality good friends and wouldnt talk about each other that way...

And the Evanesence song and video is about the pop media culture in general and yes, Britney is a part of that. Quite frankly, the things the video and song says are true. People like Britney do portray these fake images and people try to live up to them when it isn't humanly possible. I'm not saying anything against her personally, it's just how our culture is. And that's what the video and song are about: how fake and destructive it all is. I don't see why everyone's getting so up in arms about it.

And I seriously doubt Britney will cry over it. She's a big girl, she can handle a little criticism.
