It's not from The Bible. I believe it refers instead to The Essene Gospels of Peace (The Essenes were one of the sects from the Jewish in the time of Jesus, known mostly for their strictness and abstinence. I don't really know much about them, whether or not the sect still exists...?)

I think it still exists but it's fairly small.

It's definitely not Biblical though, as in the Bible Jesus is recorded as eating meat so...yeah.
