(Undated) -- Monday Night Football could be about to pack up and change channels. "USA Today" quotes Denver Broncos owner Pat Bowlen as saying negotiations expected to begin in October could result in Monday Night Football being switched from ABC to the network's cable partner, ESPN. The talks will also address the notion of having NBC resume NFL telecasts with the Sunday night package. ABC has carried Monday Night Football for more than 30 years. However, it has experienced heavy losses under an eight-year NFL TV contract set to expire at the end of next year's season.

They've had losses because they've put idiots like Dennis Miller in the booth.

MNF on ABC is a tradition, but personally I don't care which network carries the game.

Just as long as the popularity trend shifts so baseball is king again, I'll be happy. ;)

Who's to say they won't keep crews... They are all Cap Cities afterall. I expect that Madden et. al. will make the switch.

Just so long as Dennis Miller has a sports job. j/k
