greatest hits won't debut at #1 against eminem that's for sure. anyway she had 4 straight #1 albums which a great accomplishment. i'm definitely getting gh and the dvd on the 16th.

because it is during the Holiday madness, they want to start around then, so you can have them out so people can know they are out and ask for them for gift like christmas, it is all marketing , oh well

Eminem's not all that..people in the US buy into his bullshi*...but worldwide he isnt anything special, his last 2 cd's didnt crack the top 10 anywhere in europe excluding france.. Greatest hits CD's dont usually debut at 1..but i bet you she sets a new record for a greatest hits debut..we will see....

i dont know what you have been smoking but you appear to have your facts kinda wrong about eminem. WORLDWIDE He is pretty much the biggest artist around and yes his last two albums were massivly popualr in Europe and in many places outside the USA. You cant sell approx 20 million copies of both the MMLP and TES if you are just big in america can you? he is without a doubt the biggest artist around at the moment.

Why does it matter who else is releasing that day...I mean people are going to buy the music they like. If they like Eminem, they will buy him. If they like Britney they will buy her...and if they like them both, they will buy them both. So one other person is releasing that day, multiple people release every week...what is the big deal?
