SMiLE cellist missing after tsunami

LOS ANGELES (AP) _ The cellist who played on Brian Wilson's "Smile'' album is missing following the tsunami in south Asia. Markus Sandlund and his girlfriend, Sofi, were in Phuket, Thailand, after completing the "Smile'' tour of Australia. They were in a hotel pool when the tsunami hit. Sofi was swept away but was rescued. She's in a hospital in Sweden. Sandlund has not been found. Wilson says he's devastated since he heard the news, and he sent an agent to find out information, but Sandlund's whereabouts are unknown.

Damn, celebrities are really digging the far east these days. First that home decorator guy from the Oprah show was caught by the tsunami, then some super-model and now a cellist who played with Brian.
