i want to register onto the board for popstar magazine and i was wondering weva any1 on here goes on it. i went to register and it asks u which account i want it says global or local which one do i chose cuz i live in england. sum1 explain how it works

oh and u should join the street team. u get offered the best contests that they dont offer in the magazines
