Britney Spears has just sold her 60 millionth album since she exploded onto the scene in 1999. To celebrate this phenomenal achievement the 28th Feburary 2005 will see the release of Britney Spears funky Do Somethin' on SonyBMG. This fantastic new single is taken from Britney’s recent record-breaking Greatest Hits collection Greatest Hits: My Prerogative.
With 60 million albums under her belt, Britney Spears leads the pack as the biggest selling female artist of the last 5 years. This record puts her ahead of fellow megastars Beyonce, Avril Lavigne, Madonna, Cher, JLo, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston and Dido.
