Actually Stripped outsold In the Zone, so I think it is fair to say that Christina and Britney have about the SMAE AMOUNT of fans. :)

That has nothing to do with how many fans both of them have, lol!

Stripped has almost been out for 3 years or whatever. In The Zone came out 1 and 4 months ago. Stripped sold 10 million in over 2 years and ITZ sold 8 million just a little over a year. Big difference but almost the same outcome. Also that's christina's second album this is britney's fourth. Stripped debut at #2 ITZ became Britney's 4th #1 album. So please next time think before you type or else you will be brought down just like now. Oh and all three of Britney's singles were #1 on the world chart. ;) :)

lol I'm not defensive. I don't post hateful things on other people's forums yet here they're after learning Britney won a grammy. They are the ones who are defensive trying to write off her grammy like it ain't worth nothing. News flash they are all the same. Oh and this is not directed to you.

You are defensive.. you can't help but bring sales up cause it's the only way you can make Britney look good.
We don't give a damn how much Stripped sold, it's a damn good album and people would say that fan or not. I have ITZ and I would say it's a good album cause there is some really good songs on but I don't bring Britney down to make Christina look better. I'm not immature like that.

I'll respond anyway. I don't think that a grammy is essentially going to change anything, for people that aren't fans of Britney. To them, the wrong person won. For her fans, it's a tribute and due respect to a person they admire. So of course there's controversy regarding the award, when people are going to have different opinions. We live in an opinionated society, and if you were to translate similar events to for example politicis, it's the sort of thing that starts a debate- when people have different opinions on something. At best, it's productive, at worst, a total waste of time.

It's also funny you bash Britney fans for talking about sales when over at the other forum there's a freaking thread about Christina's official sales. It has like over 50-60 pages talking about how much she sold in portugal lol. Oh and that's not the only thing considering Britney won a Grammy where as her haters said she'd never win one.

How good or bad Stripped album was is depend on peopel taste. For example I couldn't stand her album and never listened to it. So what you said about Cristina album is the same that otehr fans said about Britneys sells. You like Cristina, so what. She have her own board, so why you need to come there and jump on Britney's fans. Defensive too much? I liked Cristina first album, but her second was just not my cup of tea. Her voice is changed and not became any better. She forced her voice all the time and this is not good for her voice.

Not anymore, and just cause a Christina fan made that thread doesn't mean every fan cares about it. Woopy, Britney won a Grammy - so what. It was gonna come one day and you seem really interested in that thread which has 50-60 pages cause I haven't even looked through that thread, I don't care whatsoever about sales.

Her 1st album was never her and the producers never let Christina use her voice the way she wanted. There are songs on Stripped which anyone can like, it has all kinds of music genres on it.
I'm not jumping on anyone, I'm not getting defensive. And Christina doesn't "force" her voice, she used her voice to let out some of her anger and you never really know what is good for her voice so yeah. :)
